I hv reschedule the class before 24 hrs still the class was deducted

The sales team is aggressive / arrogant.. They always put the gun on head and ready to trigger if we don't accept to their timelines..

I am the parent of akarshan anand he was doing his course and was very happy doing classes with lekshmi prasanth and has completed almost 210 classes but you have suddenly removed her many children like akarshan are crying for her so that she teach the children my son is not happy
Please bring her she is the best teacher in the world or bring her till the time akarshan complete his course it's a humble request

U never make me emi free as one emi gets over u people start the new one even credits are there for 60 more classes .... plz make parents feel free from emi for sometimes ... sometime I feel as if I m not dealing with education sector but to a business sector where only profit means alot

I discontinued my course in july 2023 , Still waiting for my refund and NOC.
100 mail follow up done with whitehat jr as well as with your loan partner fibe, but still neither whitehat is responding my mails nor your loan partner.

No one is answerable just after we enrol or pay money !!! This is the second time I am facing this problem . Before enrolment there was prompt reply of any of our query and just after the enrolment - no respond at all !!! There are many dates on which I have experienced and not just once

No support to adjust 2 classes after paid for 144 classes.

Please no one should register their company, they do fraud, even after complaining 1000 times, this amount is not refunded, action should be taken on this company, this company's license should be abolished. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

Firstly, Class cancellation from the Dashboard isn't so perfect & friendly. Secondly, unnecessary creation of the problem for the student and guardian regarding Credit balance/loss. In spite of informing for class cancellation via mail to the support team, the Credit loss is gained. It's really very disgusting and unfortunate as well.

I am writing to express my deep concern and growing frustration regarding the prolonged delay in receiving my Full and Final (FnF) settlement from WhiteHat Jr., where I previously worked.

I have been working with WhiteHat Jr. since September 2020.

It has now been more than 2.5 months since my last day at WhiteHat Jr., and I have patiently endured multiple promises of payment and vague explanations for the delays. This situation has reached a point where it can only be described as a severe breach of trust and a disregard for the financial well-being of former employees.

To provide you with a concise summary of the sequence of events:

I was laid off from WhiteHat Jr. on 29th June 2023 as part of a downsizing initiative.
In a questionable practice, I was coerced into submitting my resignation in exchange for my experience letter.
I was subsequently provided with an FnF calculation, , with an assurance that the payment would be credited to my account on 2nd August 2023.
On 1st August, I was informed that the payment was delayed, with a new promised date of 10th August 2023.
On 9th August 2023, I received yet another delay notification, pushing the payment date to 18th August.
On 18th August, only around 60% of the promised amount was received, and when I inquired about the shortfall via email, the FnF team provided a baffling response, claiming that the balance was for 'Leave encashment.'
To further exacerbate the situation, I was informed that an internal audit at the organizational level was in progress, and the remaining payment would be released only after the audit's completion.
This extended audit process has now become a source of frustration, as it appears to be one of the most protracted audits in history.

I want to emphasize that I have waited patiently for my hard-earned money for far too long. This delay has placed an undue burden on my finances and created a sense of uncertainty that I should not have to endure. It is disheartening to see such disregard for ethical and timely financial practices within the organization.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter without further delay. I believe that fairness and transparency should be the guiding principles in all financial matters, especially when it concerns the rights and livelihoods of former employees.

I urge you to ensure that the balance of my FnF, including the 'Leave encashment,' is promptly credited to my account, and that this situation is addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

After purchasing the course there is no specific counseling.

The teacher and student understanding while learning is good.

Your commitment to the service is the most notable attribute. The course design and the course facilitator both are incredible, which are the important aspect of learning. Although, there were certain hiccups during the tenure but the customer support was exemplary in sorting the issues.

Worst experience while cancelling the class
The company is very prompt when you are admitting the student. But, once you are stopping the class they come with true colors. NOBODY Will entertain you. In the beginning they will make claims that they will refund your money & what not. But, beware your account will be debited even when your kid stops taking the classes. I have mailed, called all I keep getting is assurances & now my account has been debited for nothing. If you ask me its better that you get your kid admitted at a private center rather than this online classes.

No support for exam video submission. Or any communication in this regard
