Candace and her team was very helpful and accommodating! Response to questions was quick and customer service great. The room was clean and even better easily accessible being it is on the ground floor. The room had everything we needed for this family trip. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Whimstay. They market themselves as a platform for great last-minute rental deals, yet their cancellation policy is the exact opposite of what you’d expect — no refunds if canceled within 30 days. This is not in line with industry standards, as most travel companies and hotels allow cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in.

On top of that, property details are not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. In my case, I only learned after completing the reservation that the unit was on the third floor of a building with no elevator. This made it completely inaccessible elderly guests traveling with me. I had no choice but to cancel, and despite the lack of transparency, Whimstay refused to issue any refund, citing their rigid 30-day policy.

Overall, this company feels misleading both in its advertising and policies. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Whimstay — their practices are neither guest-friendly nor aligned with industry norms.

I made a booking on whimstay for a last minute trip to Montreal which was cancelled after I made my booking. I immediately reached out to Whimstay and I must commend Tyler as his feedback and handling of my matter was A+. He immediately reached out to me and guided me in what I needed to do and how I could avoid getting penalised. If Tyler is an example of how proactive and supportive whimstay staff are, then as a frequent traveler, I shall only do my bookings on whimstay.

Spacious, immaculately clean, 2bd/1ba apartment in a safe area, steps from restaurants, walking distance to broadway. Read the check-in instructions thoroughly to locate building key.

Clean well kept but WiFi didn't work well wife hooked a iPad up to it and it would kill TV couldn't use pad and TV at the same time otherwise was a great experience.

Extremely comfortable place in a great setting! Very roomy and updated.

Great location, pool view patio but might not be recommended for the noise-sensitive. Cleanliness could be better-Carpet needs deep clean. Shower/bath would benefit from a stop drain. Bed was very cozy, AC worked well. No bedbugs or roaches.
