My partner and I visited the Guildford store in July 2024, our steps over the threshold the culmination of a three-month search for a suitable engagement ring.

The team here are as gracious and genuine as they are knowledgeable. Normally, when someone says, "Take all the time you need," the sentiment isn't matched by their body language. Not here. The shining smiles, elegant decor and relaxed atmosphere created a tranquil space to freely consider our options.

We were encouraged to let our choice percolate before committing to buy, nothing was too much trouble, and all questions were answered with an impressive level of depth and personal tailoring, clearly polished through years of dedication to the craft.

I can count on one hand the number of times I have received such exemplary service and support in making a purchase decision.

The calmness, warmth and patience we experienced with Lawrence and Steph have ensured the memory of its acquisition sparkles just as brightly as the ring itself.

I have lived in Worthing for 9years. I am a great fan of jewellery and am always constantly looking for inspiration. This year was our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband promised to purchase me a new ring to mark the occasion. I went out for a walk one afternoon, not intending to shop or go shopping. I was conscious of how I looked, but I just looked into one of the windows and saw a couple of rings. I tentatively entered Whibleys and I was met with the most welcoming, professional, attentive staff.
I was invited to sit at a table, where my choices were brought to me.
All the staff were absolutely amazing and Evelyn was nothing short of brilliant.
Within minutes I had fallen in love with a beautiful diamond ring, which surprisingly fitted me and perfectly matched my wedding band.
I took the details, went home and returned in less than and hour to purchase it.
The staff made me feel so welcomed and seemed genuinely pleased that I loved the ring so much.
I would recommend Whibleys in Worthing to anyone who would like to purchase a peice of jewellery, because the customer service is absolutely brilliant.
I will definitely return as a customer to shop there.

Karen was very kind and helpful in exchanging my broken birthday necklace for two beautiful replacement necklaces.

She was patient when showing me a variety of necklaces along with letting me try them on until we found the perfect ones.

There was also credit left over in which we have picked, planned and sized the perfect amethyst ring that’s I’m super excited to see :).

I was apprehensive when i went into Whibleys of Worthing for my future wife's wedding ring with all its grandness and ostentatiousness I was immediately made to feel at ease with 2 members of staff One an experienced pro Jeweller and the other who was more friendly and customer orientated We first looked at the previously owned rings within budget but instead we decided to have a ring made that was within our price range My wife and I are very happy with the ring and the level of service we received

I took a silver plated tray and label for a decanter into Whibleys for re-plating. The pieces were in a bit of a sorry state but Whibleys made a wonderful job of the re-plating and my husband is so happy with them as they were his late father’s.

Whibleys is a great jewellers with lots of beautiful things and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A truly traditional shop offering a lovely traditional service.

Took my watch in to have some links taken off. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Lawrence. Their expertise, patience, and genuine dedication to ensuring my satisfaction made all the difference. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service at the Guildford branch. Went in to purchase wedding rings and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Very smooth process and no up-selling or pushiness. Knowledgable members of staff who helped guide us to the most suitable rings. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent experience using these jewellers. My sister & I recently had identical rings made with a wonderful result.....we were both thrilled! The member of staff we dealt with was brilliant!

I had to have my Wedding ring cut off recently due to arthritic swollen fingers; Whibleys did this for me. Very gently & they made it a good experience although I was really upset. Evelyn suggested I have my ring made good and wear it around my neck on a chain. Excellent suggestion and this has been done! I haven't collected it yet but they have telephoned to say its in, & tell me it looks just brilliant and they know I'll be thrilled with it! We also decided after a lot of thought, to replace my wedding ring and buy a larger size. The choice was huge, but we quickly got it down to just 4, two different profiles and two difference widths. We were there with Evelyn 1 hr 40 minutes finalising our choice!!!!??? Wherever could you just walk into a jewellers shop and taken up 100 minus of their time just making a selection and possibly at the end not even making a purchase?? (We did make a purchase but they had no guarantee of that) We'll collect my new ring in about a weeks time, picking up the repaired wedding ring at the same time ). Talk about above and beyond! We were, and remain, hugely appreciative of all their input, their professionalism and their customer service, which is second to none. No other jeweller compares in any way to Whibleys.

I visited Whibleys on several occasions recently and received an excellent service from Aniela whom was very attentive but I found all the staff very friendly. Aniela rang me on several occasions informing me of the progress of my jewellery.

I had to get some jewellery valued for my father which belonged to my late mother, as a long established jewellers in Worthing I went to Whibleys with the 46 items, I was looked after by Aniela who, with an assistant, logged all the items and bagged them. The valuation took about 2 weeks, it is beautifully typed and photographed and is a credit to Aniela and Whibleys. She has worked very hard and has done a fantastic job. I cannot recommend her or Whibleys high enough, thank you all for your time!

I am absolutely delighted with the ladies 18ct gold Omega watch I have just purchased. I have bought several very nice pieces from Whibleys in the past as my Mother did before and we have always been thoroughly satisfied. I trust them and the customer service is second to none. Thank you.

The store ordered yellow gold ring instead of white gold which I clearly stated. They did not admit their mistake and I had to take the wrong ring to marry my husband as there was no refund or opportunity to change
