When Nature Calls is always a highlight for us. Clean flushing toilets, lovely chill‑out areas, and staff who are genuinely the happiest and most pleasant people you can meet.
At this year’s CarFest, we were so grateful for the shelter from the rain — and the hairdryers were perfect for drying out soggy trainers.
We are sure you used to have a hair‑washing sink. It would be brilliant for teenagers who aren’t fans of the full festival grunge look!
Always a 5 star service - well done.

We have booked when nature calls every time they have been to Carfest. From the first meeting the staff for your wrist band to your final visit all the staff are polite and aways smiling. They greet you when you arrive and wish you a good day/night when you leave.

We had a great experience with When Nature Calls at CarFest! The facilities and atmosphere were great and really clean. Even better was the team though they were really friendly, helpful and full of energy with a positive attitude. We would absolutely recommend and purchase again.

We had an amazing time at the big festival with when nature calls the toilets were fabulous and we had Abi to help curl hair she was amazing helping with both of our hair it turned out amazing she was really lovely and kind !!

Our group of 5 all used the when-nature-calls ('posh loos') facilities at Rewind2006, as we have done in previous years. The crews have always been professional, polite, helpful, cheerful, and generally top people. This year was no exception - in fact, you were all delightful. Thank you from us all. You looked after us very well. The facilities are fabulous too! Worth every penny.

Don't waste your money on this scammers. Parked over a mile out away from family camping, showers shut way too early (pure lazy given volunteer ran showers open later). Staff are useless. Overall a complete waste of money and advise nobody spends (wastes) their money on this rubbish festival option. Avoid.

Slightly disappointed for 2 reasons. At latitude this year while picking up our wristbands there was a board notifying you of opening times which said 11.30pm close for showers on the Thursday so we thought great, walked down at 7.30pm and was told it was a mistake and they were closed! So clearly I was a little annoyed but second reason 7pm is way to early to close anyway. Last company was open very late and was lovely having a shower before bed after getting wet or muddy. I had noted the early close time prior and knew it would be a little disappointing but the miscommunication on the notice board was utter stupidity.

Overall facilities were clean.

I'm really upset with the cold hearted and inflexible manner of When Nature Calls. We were due to go to Latitude festival today but our campervan hire company cancelled on us yesterday. Spent all day trying to get another to no avail. We had booked 2 tickets with When Nature calls and cannot now use them. But despite the fact that the event hasn't even started they won't refund us. I understand it might be the terms and conditions but they are a tiny link at the bottom of the page and you aren't drawn to them when you make any booking. There is even an additional £4.50 booking charge! So we have now wasted £163.50. Whatever happened to good customer service and gesture of good will considering the stressful circumstances we found ourselves in. I will NEVER use you again.

Had the best experience at Isle of Wight festival with these guys. So organised and the loveliest staff ever. I wore some very impractical shoes the first night and arrived back at the campsite late but in a lot of pain. With the showers already closed, Louise and her team very kindly took care of me. I felt so cared for and at home and I’m so grateful. Thank you!!! 🥰❤️

Whilst somewhat coerced by the wife and daughter into this I was really impressed by the friendly staff, pristine loos and minimal queue at the Carfest arena facility. Also good for a bit of downtime. Would definitely be coerced again.

This weekend at Rewind South, I spent as much time dancing as I did laughing with the fabulous young people working at WhenNatureCalls.co.uk. They’ve been on their feet all weekend, smiling, cleaning, and making everyone feel welcome, and still found the energy to dance with me.

Honestly, they made my experience incredible. Chapeau to the whole team you prove that even in the smallest of details, great service makes the biggest difference.

For me, a festival isn’t complete without a ticket to the posh loo… and without these wonderful humans who turn necessity into joy. 💜

This was our first time ever using When Nature Calls when we attended The Brit Fest – and wow, we were extremely impressed!

The whole team were friendly, helpful, and worked tirelessly throughout the whole weekend to deliver a top-quality service.

No matter how busy it got, we were always greeted with a smile – come rain or shine!

The toilets and surrounding area were immaculately maintained and sparkly clean every single time we visited – it really made a huge difference to our festival experience.

Massive thanks to the team for going above and beyond, they were top notch – we’ll definitely be using When Nature Calls again!

Just finishing 4 nights at the Isle of Wight Festival and these facilities were a game changer even for us as seasoned campers. The set up was fantastic, showers big enough to wash and get changed, plenty of hooks and shelves for bags / towels / toiletries, and the water was always hot. The toilet cubical were so much more than I expected from a festival - even though I paid extra for them. Yes, they really are proper loos and they really are cleaned after EVERY use! On top of that Dyson hairdryers (without attachments - I do get it…..they’ll likely go missing!) and GHD straighteners and curling wands either large banks of tables with mirrors - the perfect camping powder room.
But most of all the fantastic staff were the best. They were courteous and chatty and just made the whole experience super pleasant. Most of these staff a youngsters wanting to see the festival - but don’t let that put you off because they were so thorough with the cleaning and their job to keep facilities spotless. Thank you all so much. You made our weekend so much easier and more pleasant. For me, this is now a must whenever the facility is available. Don’t hesitate to book, worth every penny!

Just been to the isle of wight festival and paid for the luxury loos.
What a great experience with them. Showers and toilets Cleaned after every use.
The use of hairdryers and straighteners.
Had to queue a few times but didn't ever wait long like in previous years.
Staff were all amazing. Friendly, happy and always wished u a good day.
Well worth the money.

IoW festival… paid £75 for facilities they shut at 1am but the showers are open 6-6 only! Who needs the shower at 6am and who doesn’t need a shower after a hot day covered in sweat, sun cream & glitter at midnight!?
Proper peed.
Also the mirror section is significantly smaller than previous years

One location with massive queues. Paid £85 and had to come out of the queue and just use the normal free toilets. Over sold making it a total waste of money. They do look lovely to be fair but over selling is not good. Been on 3 separate occasions and walked away.

Bought for £75 at forbidden forest. An absolute waste of money!
I have used similar at other camping festivals, there would be separate showers and loos for males and females and a separate queue for the beauty room.
At forbidden if you wanted to just use a mirror or some hair tools, you would need to wait in the giant queue for the unisex showers?
It was badly organised, with way too many tickets being sold, I only had a shower once because the queue was ridiculous, not worth the price at all.

But they were clean, staff cleaned each loo after use which was nice.

Avoid. We booked Wilderness tickets and when the map was eventually released (2 days before festival) and we tired to visit them on site they were located nowhere near anywhere either in the festival, unless you were at the Sanctuary, which was mostly empty, or walking past when you went in as a general day ticket. For the rest of us camping and camper-vanning they were as far as you can imagine from either site. On site they said "don't get your wristbands, we are sorry, mail us for a refund, we thought we would be closer" and when the MD eventually gets back to you a week later they say sorry, no refunds. Poor location. Poor service. Poor customer satisfaction. The loo's might be great, but you will have cr@pped yourself by the time you get there.
