Just had my alloys repaired Dean has done a fabulous job would definitely recommend

Had my mercedes eclass alloy wheels refurbished by Dean and both Catherine and myself are really pleased with the work carried out .Dean was very helpful and crystal clear about everything from start to finish. He did a amazing job couldn't be more happy than we are. Absolutely fantastic work thank you Dean it's been a pleasure

Dean, Wheel Wizard of Nottingham was extremely professional from start to finish leaving my wheels as if they had just rolled off the assembly line. I have had this company 3 times come to my home and repair my wheels. Aaron has always done a professional job every single time. I always have a text the day before to say when they will be here for and are have never been late. Once the job is complete the wheel looks like new thank you for a job well done Aaron.

Professional service. Work completed quickly and well and the tradesman was polite and communicative. Only 'complaint' would be the length of time between requesting the work and them being able to complete it which was about 6-8 weeks.

Excellent communication, as I received numerous text messages confirming my appointment time. On the appointment day the repairer was early but telephoned to tell me roughly what time he would be with me. He was very courteous and made an excellent job of repairing my two damaged wheels. Great service.

The feedback is split into two parts. Part 1 is for getting an appointment setup which was 1 out of 5. My claim was approved in November 2018 but the appointment was given for Feb which was three months later. Trying to use the website to look for earlier appointments did not work as it kept showing no availability throughout the year. The website was poorly designed as well. Got a call one week before the appointment due date saying that my appointment is being postponed to April. This would be close to five months after my claim was approved. Part 2 of the feedback is on the actual work done itself, which I rate 5/5.
