While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unacceptable Experience
Unacceptable Experience – A Risk for Professionals
As a construction company collaborating with hundreds of suppliers, we are accustomed to navigating challenges. However, this particular collaboration fell far below even the most modest expectations. We received substandard products that could have jeopardized both our client relationships and ongoing projects.
We submitted a request for a return or replacement—a standard and reasonable procedure we frequently undertake. Rather than offering a resolution, we were met with persistent evasions, unfounded excuses, and ultimately, a verbally aggressive response from an employee who refused to connect us with the owner. Communication was subsequently blocked entirely.
This experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect. We strongly advise other professionals to avoid engaging with this supplier, particularly if the integrity of your projects and timelines is non-negotiable.
