Ordering was very efficient, with good contact about our needs and when to expect delivery. The bin store arrived as expected and was well packed.
We managed to put it together, though some more detailed instructions would be helpful. We also had to stagger the position of the bolts as the wooden bar the catches are attached to is not wide enough for two next to each other. Still very impressed with the quality, and delighted it is made in UK.

The 240L two bin store is excellent quality and provides an attractive storage solution. The instruction diagrams could be a bit clearer in places but single-handed it took about 4 hours to erect, spread over two afternoons dodging the rain. I received excellent service when I discovered that one of the securing bolts was the incorrect size - a replacement was sent swiftly to ensure we have matching ironmongery. The bin store is just under twice the price of our previous one but at least four times the quality - a quality product that is highly recommended.

Great quality, easy to assemble, looks great and arrived on time.

Delivered on time and product is high quality. I'm no DIY expert but I managed to put the triple bin store together. It's daunting when you open the box to find so many bags of bits but they all make sense when you read the instructions so not as difficult as I'd imagined. Definitely needed a hand though so make sure there are two of you. Would definitely recommend this product!

Very well made looks great in the garden. Only slight downside is the lids are very heavy when having to hold the lid up and put the rubbish in the bin, also the instructions are very poor if your not good at putting items together without them.

This is a well thought out product & hides the wheelie bins very well. It is sturdy & well made & fits nicely in our garden. The only minor downside is that the assembly instructions are a little vague & could cause an issue for someone who isn’t really diy minded. Having said that all the screws & brackets etc were present & it shouldn’t cause too much of a problem.

Found it easy to assemble with all the parts fitting together well.

I paid £549 for a quad wheelie bin storage on 12th August. I have received no goods.
I have contacted the company many times and received no answer,
I have now had to raise a s75 fraud dispute with the bank. Order no: 88056. I received a tpn pallet consignment number but it has no tracking it says no pod. I received a call saying I would get a delivery. But it never came. Then more emails have gone unanswered.

James kept in touch with regard to our order very promptly throughout and after there was some delay in our receiving it!
After a Lack of communication from delivery depot to ourselves he made sure he intervened and arranged a quick delivery date

Received our bin storage on a date agreed and everything was received with all the hardware in separate bags making assembly as straightforward as could be with clear instructions. Would recommend that 2 people put this together as it is heavy to manner. Very pleased with the quality of the storage bin

Love the bin store. Looks solid and well made and best of all, made in the U.K.. Ordering and delivery process excellent. Was a bit nervous about buying it online as difficult to judge quality but wasn’t disappointed.

Not sure yet how well it will weather as too new to tell but from all the bin stores I’ve seen, it is higher end.

4 Bin Storage - Well made, decent fittings, and easy to assemble by one person. Key to a symmetrical finish is a level base to build on. I thought my drive was level but I ended up with a lot of shims to keep everything straight. Looks good now it’s done and it’s ready for painting. Recommended.

I purchased the large wheelie bin storage 2 door unit. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive after payment (I had to chase them because you don't get any update) upon arrival it was very cheaply made the workmanship was awful some panels where cut shorter then the other it felt very flimsy not made to a solid standard I had to request one side panel to be reordered because not even my carpenter could repair it. After waiting 10 days they had sent out the wrong side panel (seems following a straightforward instruction was too difficult) then had to wait another week for the correct panel no fast delivery no complimentary discount a 'sorry, that was our mistake' was all that was given. I would never recommend this company to anyone. 2 months and thankfully a very skillful carpenter/handyman I hired the bin is complete. - please take warning.

Very good quality, but one bold going rusty allready.

It looks very nice. We weren't here when it was being put up but we have seen it and we are entirely happy. Wish you had let the deliverer know about our absence and that the installation would be done by someone else though!
