Car delayed just after cooling off period
I approached WeVee wanting to try out an EV for the first time on Lease before purchasing one in a year or two.
I explained that because of the incoming ULEZ in London, time was critical and so was directed by the sales person to a car that was "in stock" an so could be delivered quickly.
Besides a misgendering of my partner a few times, things went smoothly from that point, through finance approval and document signing. And then silence. Until just after the two week cooling off period had expired, at which point my emails were finally returned to say there was a delay in the delivery of the car.
This isn't a complaint about how long it takes to get a new car, because we all know in the pandemic that there's a lead time on new cars. It's the fact that I was steered towards a particular model - and even colour - because the salesperson knew I wanted the car quickly and then that my emails asking if there was an update were ignored until just after the cooling off period for the contract, at which point I could not legally back out of the agreement.
I'd have been fine with there being a slight delay if such underhand tactics hadn't been used to keep me in the contract.

Agreed on a quote, signed documents and waited for three months for car to turn up. Never did. WeVee stopped taking my calls. Nothing. Bunch of fake reviews on trustpilot I suspect as can see others having exact same experience
Professional and great service
Despite a few system issues the process was extremely easy and importantly I felt looked after and listened to. Both John and Jack made time to talk to me and understand my requirements. Highly recommend their services.

I first spoke with these people a year ago, staff used to be extremely courteous.
It seems they have changed staff since then as all the staff members I have dealt with in the last weeks have been lying and fake sales representatives.

Disappointing
Poor service throughout. It just feels like the departments don’t communicate with each other. No updates once I agreed to place the order. And this was after all the back and forth because they couldn’t get the pricing right.
Started well, got worse, but recovered well.
Started well - everything great getting the initial deal sorted. Then a big problem as we did the paperwork but WeVee didn't actually order the car. So we went back to square one after a lot of chasing around trying to find out what was happening several months on. After that Ivan and the delivery team kept their promise to be right on the case in keeping us informed. Shame there was no apology for such a big error from the management or any offer of compensation. Just taken delivery 7 months on from initial order.

Electric Car Lease
I just leased an electric car through WeVee and although there were a few problems along the way, due mainly to problems with timing because of the current restrictions, they were all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The team were always there to help at every step of the way.
Wevee Purchase Process
The whole process with Wevee was very straightforward from choosing the vehicle, receiving the correct advice from the sales team on vehicle type and preferred payment scheme through to the efficient delivery of the new car on the exact date projected by the team. In short, very happy.
