Amazing customer service and great products!
I have ordered quite a lot from Westwing, both big items (such as tables) and smaller items (kitchen supplies, decorations, etc.). I’ve been satisfied with everything! However, I’m most happy with their customer service, which always replies promptly and replaces broken items immediately. The replacement process has been extremely easy and efficient. I will keep buying from westwing!

Westwing sent me the wrong item...never received what I ordered. Customer, esp Dorina G has been completely worthless, They send you in circles and never answer the questions They can't even tell me what they billed me. Never, ever doing business with WW again

In my case I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Me and my family ordered new furniture and decorations for an entire apartment. The order came quickly 7-20 days with different things, which was good. In the first delivery our dining table was damaged/broken. I immediately contacted costumer service who assured me that I would receive a new table and they would take with them the old one that was damaged. This is almost 7 weeks ago. And now no one is answering me, I’ve contacted them several times on their website. In another delivery a vase was broken. And no answers here either.
