Amazing install
Phenomenal customer care while installing, made sure to check with me before loud noises as I have a 6 month old in the home. Were quick, relative to the amount of work done, looks amazing. The added security and build style will prove to be a great feature of the home should we ever choose to sell.

DeShaun and Eric went above and beyond, even after waiting for two hours for a call back from mamagement, which never came. These two young men deserve kudos in abundance. Management, however, get less than one star. I fixed their problem for them.

Happy with the results and customer service
It's been about 4 months since the installation and everything held up quite well. I had a standing shower and bathtub installed and they sent 6 guys to do the job and it got done in one day as advertised. They also promised to repair all damage caused during the job. Understandably, there were a few dents on my wall from moving heavy parts and they drilled a hole through the bathroom into one of my rooms + caused a small leak with the secondary shutoff valve. They promptly took care of the repairs, even gave me the leftover paint after the job. I am happy that they delivered on their promise.
Yes, overall, West Shore Home is on the pricier end but if anything goes wrong, they're very good at addressing the issues + lifetime warranty on their installation.
