I am soooo in love with my new shower! The guys did an excellent job. Brandon, JP, and Tyler were professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated their mannerisms and the way they carried themselves throughout the entire process.

From start to finish an excellent experience. The sales person who visited with us, Cory Chaney, was professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We had our old tired sliding patio door replaced. The crew that came to install the new door was terrific, Alyssa, Case, Rick, Tim, Yoel, and Robert. The new door is wonderful, and we just love it. They left no mess behind. We live in a humble home, but they certainly gave us first class treatment. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny.

We had our ceramic tile shower updated…
We had our ceramic tile shower updated to an easy clean acrylic shower. The installers were on time, respectful and professional . They completed the work in two days as promised and the result was a beautiful new floor to ceiling shower with 3 shelves, 2 grab bars, adjustable shower rod, new plumbing and fixtures. West Shore provided care and cleaning instructions to extend the life of the materials. We are very pleased with the results.

I can’t say enough about how great the men who did the demolition and installation of our walk in shower, toilet and flooring. Chad and John went out of their way to make sure that every single detail was done to perfection. Chad and John showed up on time and worked late to ensure that everything was done on time and cleaned up. These two guys were non stop and very hard workers. They were also extremely nice and friendly. Thank you West Shore Home for sending Chad and John out to take care of our bathroom needs.

Are they scamsters?
It appears to be a scam company to me. I got a flyer in the mail, put in a request on their site. A salesman shows up, takes tons of pictures in the home, spends 3 hours, makes it appear as if he is explaining how the new improved place will look, and then ghosts. I call them and they say that they can do this all over again, but there's no track of what happened in the past, nor can they give me a quote. The Salesman said that he was also a RE agent. No idea what they are doing to do with my pictures and data.
Beware of this potential scamsters.
