Lewis was amazing, we got him in twice to check that the actions for the builders he suggested in his first report were completed, even before we moved into our new build house.

Report was very thorough and we feel pleased and reassured that Lewis picked up things we wouldn’t have been able to ever notice.

Lewis was personable and thorough, booking us in for a New Build Inspection Report at short notice which was much appreciated. He undertook the inspection diligently and picked up many items that had not even occurred to us prior to his visit. He was polite and informative, bringing issues to our attention as he went along. I contacted Lewis prior to moving into our new build property regarding carrying out a snag survey. From the first point of contact, his communications were very prompt and the initial advice he gave was incredibly helpful. Lewis’ knowledge and experience in the building industry means that he is incredibly well qualified to spot not only surface level snags but deeper issues that the untrained eye wouldn’t see. The snag survey booking process was very efficient and flexible and the survey itself was incredibly thorough. The final report was produced very quickly and very professionally. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

To begin with, Adam was punctual and reached our property couple of minutes before the schedule. He did give almost care to all the belongings within our house while doing his work. Adam gave me his expert advise in lots of things. After receiving the report, I don't think Adam has missed anything to be added to the report. The report too is very professional and provided details of each faults found. I would 100% recommend We Snag Any Home.

Lewis and the team at We Snag Any Home were brilliant. They were able to fit us in during the busy festive period which was a huge bonus. Compiled an extensive snag list for us for our new home which was clear and easy to understand which we have already passed onto our developer and they have accepted all snags within the report. We would definitely recommend Lewis for new build snagging. He did a very thorough job of our new home in Hampshire at the weekend and spent approx 5-6 hours picking up all the snags. He had found things that my husband and I hadn't even noticed, so it's definitely well worth the money! I was very pleased to receive the report in under 2 days after the work was completed.

Lewis was very professional and we appreciated him taking the time to answer all of our questions. The whole process was really easy, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, and particularly appreciated him taking the time to help us discover the source of a leak we had (which our plumber couldn't find).

Lewis and all the team at We Snag Any Home are fantastic. Easy to book and pay for, Amanda in the office was great arranging the appointment etc. And when it came to the inspection, Lewis was an absolute pro. So thorough inside and outside the property, was with us around 4 hrs in total. An absolute gentleman too. Very easy to talk to and will answer any questions or queries you may have with the snagging. He found issues where we would never have thought to look and that really do need to be addressed by the developer. Please note that we had this snagging done a year after moving in. Although its recommended that you have a snag done prior to moving in, this didn't stop Lewis doing a thorough survey. He worked around the furniture, so don't think you have to shunt everything out the way either because you don't. The report was with us in 24 hrs, unbelievable. It was as detailed as can be. With building rules and regs mentioned where the need arises with certain issues/defects to back up his findings. Would recommend Lewis and his team to anyone who has concerns and wishes to have an independent snag done. We are already thinking about having him back to undertake another one next year when hopefully all the issues he has raised will be fixed.

We snag any home were amazing. I honestly received first class service from start to finish.

I can't praise or recommend him highly enough for all he did.
Super service from start to finish.
He is thorough in every step of the process.
He never rushed anything, took his time and checked over everything inside and outside, even the rooftop with his drone.
Really nice guy to to deal with. Very polite and very professional.

He found some snags with our property that I had never noticed myself so it was definitely worth getting Lewis booked for peace of mind before our warranty expired.
