Our interactions and interactions with Keith Johnston were excellent. He'd thoroughly studied our financial situation and provided very useful analysis and reassurance. At this stage in our lives he also outlined what our next actions might be and gave confidence not only that we were on the right track, but that his knowledge and experience would help us remain in a good position financially as we go throughthe next stage of life.

Gave insights into the TPS benefit statement and covered points that I hadn't thought to ask. Provided a clear explanation of the sections and talked through the different details and terminology. Responded to questions that I asked by making sure the response fitted well. Offered further services at the end of the appointment, ensuring I knew what the options would cover. Apologies for not writing a review before! We have used Keith Johnston for Mortgage advice previously and then when we moved house last year - absolutely excellent service from Keith. Flexible with meetings to fit around work but most of all just gives a real sense of trust and assurance. In the very complicated world of NHS pensions - I have used Keith’s service again very recently and he has been amazing. Gave me clear and concise information about a subject I felt extremely over whelmed about. I now know what I need to do at what age and just feel so reassured again. We recommend Keith to friends time and time again and he is always our first point of call now - thanks Keith! Think he will be getting a few NHS colleagues contacting him in the near future Xx

Nadine helped us with our remortgage and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond, working until late on Friday night to ensure that we were able to secure a rate before anticipated rate rises the next week. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel much less stressed about the whole thing.

As the teachers pension specialist I was interested in my options as I neared 60. Paul Rogers was exceptional leading me carefully and concisely through my figures and options. From his advice (and from the DF TPS Facebook group) I was able to take a break in service, get my lumps and pension and continue teaching for just a few more years. I also took the extra future planning financial advice with Paul. And now feel totally set up for retirement. He was absolutely brilliant, patience, taking the time to really explain all options.

Scott was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him, we did have slightly unusual requirements but he succeeded in fulfilling them!
