Terrible Customer Service
Really annoyed with the attitude of this company. I have been a loyal customer since December, switching over from Numan for Mounjaro.
I ordered my next dose last Wednesday evening paying £9.95 for next day delivery, meaning it should have been delivered to me on Friday. My order was approved on Thursday morning and sent with Royal Mail tracked 24. It had been sat at the West Midlands hub since Thursday evening. I contacted WePrescribe on Saturday morning. I received an email telling me to wait until Monday!!! It is a temperature controlled drug and was dispatched on Thursday morning! It always arrives completely defrosted as it is with the box battered and soggy. I found this attitude shocking. They said that tracking said it was going to be delivered yesterday (Saturday) but as I pointed out to them, the tracking states a time but actually no day! It still says the same today (Sunday) and my dose is due tomorrow. Its not going to be safe to use now and no doubt it is lost or stolen seeing as tracking is still showing the same information as it did on Friday. WePrescribes website clearly states their delivery policy on their website and it has not been adhered too. I pay a lot of money for Mounjaro and postage and the lack of customer service is now making me rethink who I am spending my hard earned money with and who I should trust with regards to my health.

Fantastic & efficient service from this company.
The only problem was with the delivery service which sent me a tracking email giving me a date for delivery which made me stay in all day only to not turn up till the next day. Poor service from Royal Mail.

After the initial order which is no more hassle than any other online Pharmacy. The repeat order process is simple. Even the free delivery option is quick and orders are processed quickly even out of normal hours. Overall happy with the process and the price is the same or better than most.

I just want to say that the service has been great, packed well and arrived quickly. The product has been fantastic, I lost the weight how I wanted, had a break for Xmas and my birthday and now going back on to loose the last. bit. It has been life changing, hope one day there will be a tablet rather than injection using same ingredients to just use to keep at the required weight. Thank you so much!
