Ordered flowers and surprised to learn…
Ordered flowers and surprised to learn they were coming from China. I got a tracking number but I am confident the "tracking log" was made up and showed that the flowers were delivered 1 day after clearing customs in L.A., which is a logistical impossibility. I think the whole think is a Chinese scam.

I purchased some flowers
I purchased some flowers. The quality was no better than what I could have purchased at a dollar store and I paid almost $80. I reached out to return the product, I received a response from the customer service indicating they would get back with me. After several attempts, I have given up. Very disappointing.

AWFUL !
Ordered a patriotic plant with lights for July 4th. Ordered second week in June. No tracking available,unless I add an extension to my computer, so I emailed customer service. NO help whatsoever. They had NO estimate for delivery, except that their latest info was that it had been shipped some time before July 3rd. Told them cancel and give me a refund, which they refused to do, because "it has already shipped." Today is July 17th, no plant, no update, and I had my bank reverse the charge.

Deceptive Practices
I made the mistake by ordering from a game app advertiser. After 32 days of following the merchandise through customs I received a note on July 11th that the merchandise was delivered on June 20th to a parcel box. 5 boxes would never fit into a parcel box.
After contacting the company they have said it's my responsibility to find the missing parcels that I never received.
Bad juju!
