Actually, 0 stars. Total ripoff. Order received looked nothing like it is represented on the site. Poor, poor quality.

Flowers are 1/3 the size of the photo. They did not come assembled. I received 18 stems smashed into a 3x3x12 box.

The product looks like a cheap version of what you might find at a dollar store. It looks nothing like the product shown on the ads. I have not received any help so far with the "satisfaction" guarantee.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. I placed an order 3 weeks ago- never arrived tracking number invalid. I will gladly update this review if they ever arrive or am issued a refund

The advertisement stated delivered from the US, however, it came from China. Poor product. It did not come in nice big boxes, so you could have beautiful flowers, nope, it came in a little tiny box. Honestly, I could have found nicer flowers at the Dollar Tree.

I would not purchase anything from Johstel Market EVER AGAIN!!! I Paid 47.00 for 2 large fall mums in pots what I was sent was 4 sprigs of flowers from The Dollar Tree complete scam. Contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund UNACCEPTABLE please never purchase anything from that website. Still fighting for a refund.

I would give the company zero stars if I could-tiny, cheap fake flowers NOTHING like the pictures or adds!!!

Do not order anything from this website. Very misleading. I was supposed to receive large outdoor mums. I received 3 little bunches of artificial cheap mum stems. Very much misleading!!!!!

I ordered the "fall mums". I received five sprigs of flowers, some aren't even mums. They are about 8" tall and, as someone else said, absolutely could be bought at a dollar store. Total ripoff. I, too, should have read reviews beforehand.

Biggest ripoff!!I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased the mums! They don’t look anything with the website. They’re very flimsy and so tiny. Beware do not purchase.

Complete false advertising. You get a little piece of junk that could be purchased at a dollar store. The site and the FB ads should be shut down!

The advertising is NOT what I received. This place is a rip off......I am not happy about the garbage I received..

I would give a 0 rating if I could. The ad for this product is totally misleading. The description made it sound like the mums were already arranged in a pot and ready to display. It shows a large box with someone taking the potted plant out. I received a tiny box with five stems. Not worth the $50 I paid. Do not order from them. I was so disappointed.

this website is very deceiving. the video shows a person opening a box with the flowers in a pot,as if this is what you will receive. then you get these ugly looking flowers all crammed into a small box.

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a scam. It advertises with beautiful baskets of dried flowers and you end up getting nothing like what is shown in the pictures or what is advertised. When I addressed it with them, they said I could send it back but it would cost me $20 to do so. They have no intention of issuing you what is shown in their advertising!

I will begin by saying I am extremely glad I did not place the order I had planned. I wrote them an email questioning their ad after reading, in their contact link, that they would respond quickly. Two weeks later and I still don't have an answer. That in itself answered my questions.

What you received doesn’t even vaguely compare to what you think you’re ordering. Then when you dispute it, they want to give you a 20% refund. The box that my two sets of flowers came in was a 2 in square by 10 inches long. I could have purchased what they sent me in a dollar store.

The ad shows a huge floral arrangement being pulled from a large box ready for display. What you receive is a 15” long box no more than 2” wide and high. Five plastic stems each with about 20 1” flowers and leaves. I should have known better. The instructions say that the five stems will fit a vase. That’s not what you think you’re getting. From now on I am buying local. Michael’s would be a much more reliable source. Live and learn.

The products shown on their website and in the social media advertisements look **NOTHING like what I actually received**. The difference between what was advertised and what was delivered was extremely disappointing.When I contacted the company about getting my money back, they **refused to issue a refund**. Instead, they offered me **10% off a future purchase**. Seriously?! Why would I EVER purchase from this company again after being so disappointed with my first order?
I don't want a discount. **I want my money back!**
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I feel that the advertising gave me an expectation of what I was purchasing, and the product I received did not meet that expectation.
**My advice: SAVE YOUR MONEY and SHOP ELSEWHERE!**

Disappointed - Cheap Quality and Much Smaller Than Pictured. I am giving Johstelmarket a 1-star rating exclusively because I actually received the merchandise. Beyond that, the fall garden faux flowers are a complete disappointment. They are significantly smaller than what is advertised on their website. The overall appearance looks incredibly cheap, and the craftsmanship is incredibly poor. In fact, many of the flower petals and stems began falling apart and dropping the moment I pulled them out of the packaging. Save your money and buy your seasonal decor from a more reputable retailer.
