After taking around 30 hours of courses, and 8 hours exam, they came up with good news that I was approved. But after registering my financial information, they wrote they cannot move forward with my... See more
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Received emails encouraging me to apply for map work. I answered three questions, revealing that I'm a 55 year old male living in California. On that basis, they failed me. So, agism & sexism seem to... See more

They want your information
After all the patience and work I put into registering with them in Okta they decided they couldn't continue further with me! I cannot be more furious. Do not waste your time with them. All they want is your information.
Criminal watching through your camera…
Criminal watching through your camera and listening to you when you speak through your phone. They trace your whereabouts 24/7 and ads raters aren't aware, so in fqct you're working and gathering data 24/7 for them and not only when rating! The $14 hourly pay for when you're rating is way less in comparison for all your privacy you give them. Curtis Jeon, Amadi Arapi snd all other recruiters will hide that crucial information from you. They'll close your account without warning. George Barr is involved as well. They threaten you, Clara Zhang will say not to pay you because you ask "too much questions" when they not respond to crucial questions in order to deliver quality work. Megan van Wyk will lie to you about the payment date which will come too late in reality which makes you get into problems regarding paying your rent on time.
Never seen such an unorganized and…
Never seen such an unorganized and incompetent company. The tests are pretty much worthless and, as far as I've witnessed, the employees have problems speaking the languages one is tested in themselves.
This results in asking them questions being comparable with talking to a brick wall.
The onboarding process is ridiculously long and tedious and everything for a measly pay. Avoid at all costs.
It speaks volumes that the only good review is by a person barely speaking English (it is a company that provides translations and localizations after all).
Unpleasant company ethos
I spent several hours doing unpaid training, which was poorly written on many occasions. It was often almost impossible to follow as things like the meaning of some abbreviations were not explained and I had to work them out for myself. I was then given a 175 page document to read. I chose not to read this document as I am desperate to get a job/income so I simply don’t have time to do all of this unpaid. I then failed the exam so all of the time I spent doing the training was wasted. I have never known a company to expect training to be done unpaid. I feel this is a selfish tactic used by you to benefit your company and make sure you get the best employees. Most companies would achieve this by conducting interviews or a short exam, not hours and hours of poor training and then an exam!
I can assure you I am an intelligent, well qualified candidate who would be more than good enough for this position, if I were given adequate training.
However, this shows your company ethos/values clearly to me, you are taking advantage of people who are desperate for income in a cost of living crisis and using this to your own benefit. For this reason I am glad this application wasn’t successful as this is not the type of company I wish to work for.
I sincerely hope, for the sake of your future reputation, that you take on this feedback and become a more employee friendly company.
scam website
scam website, already tested but the results were suspended, then payment, I got an email confirmation of payment but the money didn't go to my hyperwallet account. not recommended at all. already working, you have to be complicated for invoices, but the money doesn't go to the hyperwallet either. other than that the ticket is not replied to. nothing professional. i am really disappointed and welocalize really cheated me.
Waste of time
To start with you have to go through multiple unpaid tests that take up to 5 hours to complete, if and when you pass the exams you have to go through an onboarding process, that's fine and all but I got an e-mail from them stating that they will contact me 5 days time since the completion of the onboarding process, it's been a month yet there has been no answer, I've tried contacting their support 2 times, also no answer.
Don't bother with welocalize, it's a waste of time.
