I have been in the WOO program for 6 months now. In short, it has been a worthwhile investment! We were at a stage of growth where we needed to change our mindset and make our foundation even more solid for the next level. The Well Oiled Operations program and coaching has far-exceeded my expectations. My coach, Alex Romoser, has been insightful in my challenges and has given me positive direction and accountability to continue forward in this adventure. Even after having been in business for a long time there is so much I STILL have to learn...and it is always good! WOO has been key in this and I look forward to the next solid level of our business. Just committed to another 6 months!

DO IT....you won't lose if you follow the program. :)

Alex has been a great support for me and my organization. He is not only a wealth of information, but his ability to encourage me to "go with my gut" and do so strategically using the resources and guidelines provided by Well Oiled Operations has proven to be very helpful in my daily responsibilities and overall plan for my business.

With Alex's help, we have brought on 12 new clients in the short 5 months we have been with WOO. He has been wonderful to listen to our issues and direct us to the best pieces of WOO so we don't get overwhelmed and have bite size pieces to keep the momentum going. We have been so impressed, we signed up for the next six months.

Highly recommended for small business owner. WOO has given me much-needed focus and clarity for my growing business. There are a lot of 'a-ha' moments that occur when you're watching the modules. The access to the WOO community is also phenomenal, as there are so many others in the same boat as you that are willing to hear you at, give you advice, and even share resources.

My accountability coach, Alex, is particularly good at teasing out the details of issues I bring up, and exploring avenues for potential solutions.

A huge bonus is that I'm able to give my employees access to their own modules as well! They've also received a lot of great guidance from the program.

I have had a great experience so far with WOO.
The guidance that Alex, my business coach has provided is at the right pace and is cleverly arranged. My business has become much more automated and has allowed me to step back into the role of CEO, and not worker bee.

I am towards the end of my 6 months program and can testify this is THE best investment I have made in my business. The programs structure is one of a kind. I have not found any other program out there that is so detailed like this. There are the videos you will watch and learn, and then they provide you with templates for literally everything you need to accomplish on your end for your business success. It cannot get any easier than this.
Know that your coach will guide you in the program depending on your priorities and needs. I am working with Alex Romoser, he is so bright and the best coach I've had (yes, I did invest in other programs in the past that were just a waste of time and money). Alex has helped me so much, I cannot even imagine having a different coach.

WOO is an outstanding program. There is so much support provided in a variety of formats for a super busy business owner. They've literally saved me - what makes me a successful Broker does not make me an expert at scaling a business and they have given me all the tools to implement, along with coaching and guidance. My coach, Alex Romoser, is outstanding. He hears my painpoints and responses and suggested adjustments are spot on. I'm a fan and customer, I believe for life :-)

I thoughly recommend this programme. I spent a long time researching options for learning and began by venturing into the podcasts and trying out the suggested systems - I was extremely hesitant. I am delighted to say that my experience has been completely positive, the value I have taken away is immense. It has changed the way I work on a day to day basis and also helped and supported my team massively. We are 80 % through our programme and I do not want it to end. I take so much from this programme every day that I am involved. For me and our team and our business it has been an absolute game changer. I find our coach Alex Romoser supportive and quick to understand and respond to the needs of our business.

I have throughly enjoyed working with WOO! I feel like i am finally embracing my role as CEO. The program has offered incredible resources and support. We are already seeing results from many of the strategies we have implementing. My coach Noel is FANTASTIC! She is great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and so supportive!

I am new to the program and I believe it will work! As someone who has worked for others for so long before venturing out on my own, it feels and seems that the WOO program is a treasure. Noel is my coach. She is patient, knowledgeable and just nice to speak with.

WOO is a great resource and program for growing businesses. It's given me focus and clarity around areas I'm lacking and what I need to do next. I like the mix of live calls (with recordings available) and pre-recorded modules to work through at your own pace. There's a LOT of content, which is great for diving into different sections when it's most relevant to you or once you have a handle on another portion. I like Stacy's style of coaching and really appreciate the concrete examples she gives with both her online business (WOO) and also her brick-and-mortar studio to help translate concepts into action. Also, my coach, Noel, is particularly fantastic, and I get so much out of each call with her! She ties it all together, keeps me on track, and feeling encouraged and empowered.

Everyone at WOO wants to be helpful. Many of Stacy's videos have been informative and have given me insights to help establish a more structured business that will help with growth. I don't really know if I feel that the program is worth the cost yet. My interpretation of the program when I signed up was more one-on-one business coaching; however, the meetings haven't been as laser focused as I had hoped. I've had to switch accountability coaches, and while I'm glad for the swap, the initial meetings caused some frustration and what felt like a loss of time. Noel, the new coach, is super sweet. I think the relationship will work out well; however, it does seem that the accountability coaches (or at least mine) have had too many clients to handle their work load. My ability to get feedback and answers hasn't quite met my expectations, but maybe my expectations are too high. I am still very excited about the changes I am making and the resources I have gotten through the program. I am just not sure I am getting the ROI yet that I had hoped. One of my favorite parts has been the group discussion the second day of Deep Dive with the other business owners. Hopefully, by the time I am done with my program, I can do another review with a more complete positive review.

Well oiled has really given my company a shot of caffeine!

Ive only been with them for a couple.of months, so im still figuring things out.

There's so much to learn, so much information that I haven't yet consumed, so my review is not going ro be the same as it will 4 months down the road.

I understand the need to keep some info away from newcomers, but I'm the type that I get laser focused and wish I could have access to ALL that is available so I can devour it all.

Also, I wish the calls were more than 2x per month.. I really would love a weekly coaching session to help me stay on track.

One of my biggest takeaways is the way this program really has me thinking like a ceo... getting a mindset shift is one of the biggest helps in business I believe. I've shifted from thinking small and realized I can go bigger than I ever dreamed possible! Thank you, Nicole and Stacy!

WOO has been a game changer for my business! The team helped me clean up systems I already had in place, guided me in creating new ones, and overall created the "streamline dream" so the entire team can be more efficient and star revenue generators! Would highly recommend WOO if you feel stuck in a rut, exhausted, and needing a desperate change towards making your business owning journey easier. Thanks WOO!!!

This is what I needed for my business from Day 1. Someone to teach/train me about the importance of systems. Understanding the importance of creating systems and how it makes my business run much more efficiently!!!!! The content is clear and easy to follow and the templates are plug and go. My 2nd coach has been a gem!

I've enjoyed this program and working with Noel very much. As a small business owner it can be difficult to strategize next steps when you're wearing so many hats. I continue to learn and enjoy the content and weekly live learning opportunities.

I joined fall of 2023, paid upfront (big mistake), and finished the program. Right away I wondered where all the workflows, templates, and models were. My review:

This program should not be named Well-Oiled Operations; that is grossly misleading. It is filled with hour-long podcast-style videos in modules that are poorly structured, with few real bridges and models to accelerate your success. It is mostly still a beta program and has a way to go before it can justify the cost of $9800 for 6 months and claim to have a proven, signature method to help people scale and get time back.

Though it had a community, I eventually cringed when enthusiastic people joined and started asking questions. They saw what I was experiencing—so much was not there. Furthermore, this program does not have a money-back guarantee (though it says it does) or a cancelation policy, and you are forced to stay for the whole six months. It is so locked up that you could never get your money back, cancel or get out.
The core of this program is to hire the right people, maintain a regular meeting schedule, and set KPIs but I would recommend that there are more experienced business leaders who have long-standing, PROVEN programs that assess where you are, what you need, and the tools and support to get you there... and are FAR LESS EXPENSIVE with cancellation options and monthly payments.. you are not locked in if it isn't for you.
I regret my choice and the significant waste of time and money here. I urge you to consider your options carefully before investing in this program. They cherry-picked the documentation I needed to provide in order to receive my money back. WOO gets to say and claim what they want.
Dave Ramsey, Marianne Page and others who are far more reasonably priced and who have way more experience helping small businesses is a better choice.

I attended 3 days of Live training. I am a business owner but work more than 60 hours weekly. and I never have my own time. I learned from well-oiled Operations is incredible knowledge. It is not just watching videos, everyone's questions are answered straight away. And give us Ebooks, and if we are late to class, give us a chance to rewatch what we miss.
