Our last order was missing an item and…

Our last order was missing an item and I sent this email to our rep on 12/19 and have not had any response. " Hi Joshua,
We received our order today but no invoice and missing 1)Pax3 (received one Pax 3 basic and one Pax plus)
Not sure if it was supposed to be two boxes but we only received one.
Can you check on that and the invoice for me?" Also no invoice

DON'T PLACE ORDERS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THEM.

0 stars if possible.
These Guys Are the worst company to deal with in this industry I have ever experienced.They Never answer there phone's or respond to emails. Horrible Way to operate a Distribution company. Still haven't received a refund/order from last year🤦🏽‍♂️ Multiple Follow Up messages and emails and still NO word back.🤦🏽‍♂️
