Really bad experience in the middle of a cold winter: no single response for two emails over three weeks;
product function not matching advertisement:
1. Unsafe Power Plugs – One unit arrived with loose/damaged power plug pin; all 3 units require power plug adapters for wall sockets, which is unstable, difficult and unsafe to use;
2. Low Heating Capacity – Heat generated from the units are not powerful enough to warm up even small rooms, such as our kitchen, bathroom and study room. This is unexpected and fall far short of what was promised in advertising;
3. Slow delivery - it took 18 days to deliver the products. It is significant slower than expectation.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
So dodgy. I ordered a heater, it arrived so busted up and damaged in the post it was unuseable. I reported it with photo's and asked for a replacement and begged them to package it appropriately. To say this is coming from the other side of the world the product was in a tiny thin bit of bubble wrap and plastic bag.
The second one arrived packaged the same way and busted up and damaged again. The plug to convert to Australian leaves the unit rocking and loose in the socket. The remote doesn't work, the display doesn't work, the heater does not turn off. Upon my report, photo's and request for a full refund they advised me to ship back to them at my expense. No way was I doing that. Their other option to refund me 25%. Which I took. I suspect this is how they make their money. Even possibly those that choose to pay themselves to send back the product are the very same heaters that are being re shipped out already broken. It's a clever scam as the time, effort and cost of shipping the broken product back to God knows where is not easy. Apparently their terms and conditions state they will not refund unless you ship back the product at the customer expense.
They can't lose and dishonestly take and keep your money.
Disgusting money grabbing and dangerous product. Shame on you 🤬
Just don't go there ☠

This company could be upfront about the actual cost and use carts for goods clicked on so that the customer makes the dicision about purchase of goods rather that company takei g money out if accounts of people who have not completed thé purchase because they of realising add ons render the overall cost is far too expensive for the person concerned and have a suitable solution plan to solve return of money taken when goods are still in warehouse rather than using Ai generated messages

If there was a negative star I would pick that. Never have I ever had such a negative review before. The heater that they claim can heat up your home is rubbish it doesn’t even heat up my small bathroom. Very very poor. And as for customer service they just keep on sending an automated message you never get to talk to anyone and then they just close your case . I’m still waiting for the extra 2 heaters I ordered and it’s been over 6 weeks. And the two heaters I received one is not working. I would never buy from them again.

I've been waiting and waiting for my 2 heaters which I really was ordering 1 and the extended warranty I didn't even know i asked for, it's now been a little over 2 weeks plus a few emails and still have no idea where my heaters are. After reading all these reviews I now understand I've been had and yes it sucks a little but I guess you can't win them all just wish I had of read the reviews earlier. DAMMITT!!

First of all, this item can be purchased on AliExpress for just A$10 (including remote control).
Now to my experience with this scammer company (registered in Lithuania). The ordering process was not transparent at all, and deliberately deceptive.. you only realize you've paid for extended warranty after the payment has gone through, and they even charge you for the remote control. The delivery itself took ages, and communication was so poor. Whoever these people are, don't trust them. I felt cheated. And, yes..despite all the sensational claims, the heater is next to useless. Be warned.

Poor quality, and not made for Australia. Adaptor provided falls out of wall outlet, creating fire hazard. Products sent from Australian location (unspecified on packaging), but I was asked to return (at own expense) to address in France within 30 days of receiving before refund would be issued. Sent by Yuntu in NSW and asked to return to Orthopulse in France.

Reply from Wellheater
The heater does not have the correct power plug for Australia and the adapter provided is loose. On contacting the company they said to wire it up to tighten the adapter!! How unsafe is that!! Definitely not to Australian Standards. Complete scam.

Run far away from this company. Ordered on 18th June promised to deliver in 9 days received order confirmation and packaged ready to leave warehouse. Haha. Their excuse they had no contact details for me dispute having my email and delivery address. If you decide to use and I won’t recommend using credit card but use PayPal so at least you have a chance of receiving your money back. This is not an Australian company dispute their advertising spiel.

I Agree with the comments.
I bought a well heater to test OffGrid in my tiny well insulated house
Startup is about 500 watts running is around 320W on 240v AC and @14Amps at 24V DC
Probably suited as a hand warmer or a survival situation
But for the $89 AU
You can do better at big W with a $49 2 bar heater with low and High settings
Certainly not seeing results claimed in the website

I bought a Pug in Heater that they advertise for $68 about week ago. This advertisement says brilliant 2 Australian engineers are invented this unit.
This is completely rubbish and scam people to buy this product that doesn't give what they are advertising.
Actual heat is very minimum. The cost we paying is much expensive. You can buy $15 heater from Kmart or Traget retail shops that you can get much more heat.
Don't by this product. Completely scam.

Paid and ordered a Wellheater - only discovered after doing so a $10 extended warranty charge and a $0 thank you card which is appropriately valued - over a fortnight ago and haven't received the unit or had notification of tracking, etc. To and fro with 'Customer Support' and seeking my patience for a further 14 business days. At this rate, it'll be summer before I get this unit.

I would give them minus 5 stars if it would let me.
I found the service abysmal. They took over two weeks longer than their named time for delivery.
The item we bought broke down within two minutes of use. After many emails it seems I should have read the terms and conditions. Even if the item is defective there is no assurance that it will be replaced. And they are not replacing it. All they have done is offer to pay 25% of the amount I payed them initially. I would advise everybody to AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Make that minus 10.
I received a reply from well heaters saying they were sorry and would address my concerns right away.
That was weeks ago.
Seems dealing with my problem is to ignore it. So I'm left paying for something that malfunctioned as soon as I used it. Sorry I was refunded 25% and I should be happy with that.

If I could give it Zero I would. After reading Best Heater for 2025 reviewed by an "Australian Tech Expert" I purchased & realised when the invoice came through that it may be a scam as there was an Extended Warranty charge which I did not order also as it was to be a gift I had put the delivery address in but invoice showed my home address. I emailed within minutes to Cancel the order only to be told as so many others were," the order had been packed and dispatched for shipping, so, unfortunately, no changes or cancelation is no longer possible" which is absolutely unbelievable and a lie. I had real concerns re the ethics of the Company. Further emails with them proved those concerns to be correct as I was consistently told the item had been sent but had not received any shipping or delivery information. Fortunately, I paid with Paypal (Company was Commerce Core UAB) & opened a Dispute resolution with the Resolution Centre which was successfully resolved yesterday & the full amount put back into my account. For any other person trying to cancel an order/refund - the terms and conditions on the Company Site are:
Returns & Refunds
1.1.3 The cancellation was made in 12 hours after the purchase; (In my case it was)
Cancellation Of The Order
2.1 The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours if the order was not shipped prior the cancellation was made. - (In my case it was)
2.2 The Customer has to keep in mind that all orders are processed as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.
2.3 If the Customer wishes to cancel the order and receive a refund the Company can send instructions on how to proceed with that upon the Customer’s request here.
It has not been a good experience & I would reiterate please do not buy anything from this company. I hope this is helpful to others.
PS. In reply to WellHeater's response - Throughout this ordeal I have dealt with at least 5 Customer Support people - all saying a very similar script - very polite but of no real use, until PayPal became involved. When I replied to an email from Wellheater telling me my account had been refunded was met with Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

The response from the remote server was:

Very unsatisfactory

Website does not have a final checkout page. Ordered 5 in error received 4. Boxes all damaged and they do not work like they say. Don't deal with this company. Had to go through pay pal to get tracking info. My room is small, heater is on 25 and my room feels no warmer. Please. Read all reviews. I cannot tell you how sorry I am that I had anything to do with this company. I was ripped off big time. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

I ordered 2 well heaters then got tricked into buying another 2 heaters with remotes.
Ordered 3 weeks ago with a delivery estimate of 12 days to Australia. Still nothing on the tracking ticket.

Your order was late 3 weeks before the order was delivered I cancelled! I received emails saying you cannot get in touch with your despatch department stalling all the time I kept saying do not send return my money as apperntly they were Australian design dispatched from Lithiuania.
I new you were crooks your heater could not heat a toilet let alone a room I sent them back you sent comfirmation that you received them still today which is over four weeks no money at all
Do not purchase anything from this company they will stall and do anything not to give your money back.
Your not worth a star

Total piece of junk! Heater doe not work. False advertising and reviews on their website!Contacted the customer service team to return this piece of junk and was told I would receive and email from them with instructions as to how to proceed with receiving a refund and return the item! I’m still waiting after a week! I immediately contacted PayPal to report this scam and requested a refund. Don’t buy this piece of junk.

Avoid!
This organisation misleads. Will charge you extra before you have a chance to confirm. The customer service avoid the real questions.
The website says you can cancel within 24 hours. I cancelled within ten minutes once I realised they had charged me extra and they said it was too late and that the item had already left the warehouse.
The heaters are cheap and poor quality. One of them, the timer does not work.
They took about a month to arrive.
In the reply, they say to reach out but they will make you pay for return postage and it has to be in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Total sham!
