I cannot fault this company. Delivery was prompt. My goldie has a sensitive tummy and never has a problem with the grain free senior food. I am a happy customer.
Haven't used the food yet but it was delivered quickly, packaged really well and I'm sure it is high quality as it was recommended by my breeder. I'll be purchasing more.

Used to have a good name but has now gone to s**t.
Their new website has cancelled my order & now doesn't even allow me to create new account or login on old one!

Your delivery driver left the 10kg…
Had a very satisfactory and prompt response to my complaint below. I am also very pleased that they are reviewing their delivery contract.
Your delivery driver left the 10kg package leaning behind the fence down by the road instead of outside our property. I am disabled and my wife is 75. All other delivery people manage to make it the extra 40 yards or so up to the house so why not this
