Always had a fabulous service from Well Polished and Natalie. It’s a joy to come home to such a beautifully clean home!

Kristina is great she went above and beyond to help find me a reliable regular cleaner but unfortunately there isn’t anyone. I gave Joanna a try but I paid her to talk for about 30-40 minutes. 2 hours to clean a kitchen, bathroom and front room and she still missed a number of things but yet told me she can do a 4 bed house in the same time. Spent too much time stopping talking rather than cleaning.

My cleaner Rosie is amazing and so friendly. Never have to worry about my cleaning now. They are totally professional and trustworthy!

Ally, who coordinated the cleaning, arranged some deep cleaning of our house at very short notice and provided a friendly efficient service throughout.

Shamim, who carried out the work, did an excellent job. The house had not been lived in for some time but she worked hard and made it look better than we ever expected. In addition to the high standard of her work, Shamim was a pleasure to have in the home.

Based on my experience l would highly recommend Well Polished, including for deep cleaning jobs. The friendliness of all the people involved was an added bonus.

Hannah is an asset to well polished, nothing is too much trouble and she does an excellent job for my Father.

Our cleaner Nickie is amazing, she’s really friendly and does a thorough clean within the allotted 2 hours a week, nothing is too much to ask for and I even asked her to include a few more things to our weekly clean and she’s done them without a problem - she also loves dogs and I have one so they both get a nice little boost when they see each other. We could not ask for more and are so happy. Graeme (Widnes owner) has been so helpful over email too!

I am very happy to recommend my cleaner Angela . She is always timely, incredibly thorough, and completely reliable and trustworthy. She takes real pride in her work, and it shows in the high standard she consistently delivers.

She is also friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in the house — and as an added bonus, my pooch absolutely loves her!

Suzanna is fantastic - we’ve been getting bi-weekly cleans whilst working from home for a year and she manages to get everything done so quickly - with some serious attention to detail.

Well Polished found me a very reliable, flexible, hard working cleaner who never let me down. They also found very good substitute cleaners at holiday times. Well Polished are very easy to talk to and payment systems are simple and competitively priced. Nothing is a hassle. I definitely recommend them.

Well polished are professional and efficient. Good communication from day 1. Jenny is a lovely lady who contacted me prior to the cleaning commencing to introduce herself and to ensure exactly what I wanted her to do. Jenny cleans to a high standard. Made my life much easier.

Well Polished is easy to get in contact with and provided all the details quickly. I’ve been using this cleaning service for bi-weekly cleanings and Nickie has been awesome. She is always on time, super friendly, and do a really thorough job every visit. The house consistently looks and smells great afterward, and they pay attention to the little details without me having to ask. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, consistent cleaning.

I emailed an enquiry and just over a week later they have still not got back to me.

I am guessing they have either ceased trading or just don't want new business.

Disappointing.

I had a mixed experience with the cleaning service. While the cleaner was excellent, the management's communication and approach left much to be desired.
Positives:
The cleaner was outstanding, professional, kind, and honest.

She explained the deep cleaning process clearly and was knowledgeable about the tasks involved.

Negatives:
The management's communication was unprofessional and inconsistent, particularly regarding last-minute changes and pricing.

There were issues with late-night calls, which were inconvenient and disruptive.

Conclusion:
I felt it was unreasonable to shift from a regular clean to a deep clean on short notice, and this led to some dissatisfaction, the manager's inability to effectively manage or problem-solve was disappointing.

I would recommend Well Polished without hesitation. They're friendly and efficient, and I can't thank them enough for finding Joanne for us - she's brilliant. Our home looks amazing when she’s finished. She goes above and beyond, and cleans to an exceptional standard.

Well polished provided Jo a cleaner who has now provided services to my elderly father for over a year. She has provided a completely professional cleaning service but what sets her apart is her relationship wth my father who is 88 and has dementia. She would not think twice about popping out to get him some milk or bread and chats to him every time she comes around. She has become one of our most trusted helpers and we really appreciate her services and support.
