The Bloomingdale's credit card is a scam. The company takes 4-5 weeks to process a credit. The charge remains on your bill, and you are required to pay for items that were returned over a month ago. If not, there are hidden interest charges and late fees. This is the only company whose bookkeeping I can't understand. After 2 hours on the phone today, I am more frustrated and angered at their dishonest system. Beware, the perks are not worth the aggravation. Right now they have $675 of my money, and the only purchase I have is for $84 dollars.

Love shopping at Bloomingdale’s. If there’s ever an issue with something I bought, I can just contact their online chat and customer service solves it quickly. They truly deserve 10 stars!

I placed 6 large orders which were all canceled. I have contacted customer service twice and was informed that it is due to their system and nothing can be done about it. So, are you telling me that I have to order directly from the consumer? Yes, ma'am, I cannot override the system. Do companies no longer care about losing customers? It is baffling how a system glitch can have such control over human interaction and result in losing customers.

I ordered 2 hats and they turned out exactly how i wanted them to! the seller was extremely helpful and offered a preview to make sure i'd choose the exact font and size and layout that i wanted and o can't wait to gice these as gifts!
