Welcome Wagon prices seemed very reasonable. They did a good job of working with us to design a post card that we believe will be successful. Of course the proof of effectiveness will be the response we receive. We will not be able to measure that for a number of months.
Seamless process. Very helpful and friendly staff. I'm looking forward to what the campaign will yield.
Welcome Wagon is a great source for small businesses. They offer many options to get the word out there; I chose the postcard option. Jackie, (the Welcome Wagon representative in my area), was very helpful and generously helped me out with pricing. All in all a great experience!!!
Buyer's Beware!
My experience with Welcome Wagon was terrible! Once they locked you in to a contract its hell getting out of it. Read your contract carefully, because there is no guarantee that you are going to get any clients.
In my opinion Linda Farley and Susan Bannon are the worst. In my opinion Welcome Wagon customer service is bad and business follow up is the worst. Keep your money in your pocket and go somewhere else for advertisement help. Businesses beware!

Great customer service. When I was approached by the company to advertise I was very skeptical. However my gut was telling me to go forward. I am very pleased with the outcome of my advertising after all my edits became no problem.

Nancy and the entire team has been attentive and responds quickly with any request. Great customer service.
Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!

After speaking with Eric, the VP Of operations and technology. Our issues were resolved with outcomes still dependent on those changes. I will say to read the contact very carefully before signing and be sure to ask your contact agent about ROI and what will be done to ensure your business sees results.
As for the rude customer service I experienced from Lina Farley, Director of Customer Service - I was told that would be handled internally and I do hope so, as no business should be spoken to in that way. As I was extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and outraged with her customer service, I am optimistic about moving forward with this company thanks to Eric.
The set-up process went very smoothly. We look forward to the boost our business will experience through advertising with Welcome Wagon.
I advertised with welcome wagon last year and the representative I worked with made things seamless and easy to do. She had her team design a beautiful postcard for me to be mailed out to new homeowners. I am pleased with their work and the ease of sharing my business name.

We used Welcome Wagon for years to target new patients. We never had any metrics to know if the mailers were generating new patients unless they told us. Since we could not measure the value, we decided to discontinue the service when our contract expired. Since our expiration date we have been charged three months in a row through automatic billing. There is no easy way to speak with someone and they have not refunded our money.

I signed a contract in 2019. They worked with me to suspend the contract when business dropped off and when I needed to cancel they responded. Trustworthy organization - Thank you Linda for your patience and help.

The rep that they sent out to sell us on their advertising was amazing. he informed us that he would be checking back in a year to see if we wanted to renew our contract. He never came back to check in. Now I have to pay $600 to get out of an auto renewal that I was never informed about. (It’s part of the small print on the back side of the form signed) That is what I get for trusting that the representative was being honest and not misleading. It says a lot about a company that they have to trap their customers into continual service.
