I had my onboarding meeting today, by telephone, and Kevin Conde not only rang me at exactly the agreed time, he then very meticulously and carefully took me through the various tools (not all of them simple) made available to me by my subscription to Weiss Partners Circle. It was very clear and concise and Kevin was a pleasure to deal with.

I called for help. With less than a second She responded to my call. Within a minutes she had the answered and got me signed up for the program at Weiss Ratings.

Jordan was kind, understanding, and efficient when handling my request for cancellations of my subscriptions and also request for a refund to my credit card. If I were in the hiring mode, I would definitely want him on my team!

I am so glad that Jan was the Weiss contact when I called today. She was very personable. My fears(originating from 2 weeks ago) that I would be speaking with another unpleasant Weiss rep was dispelled. Jan solved my problem and said I would get an e-mail from her - which I did. I would like to give a review of my personal dealings with Weissratings, I have dealt with 3 different people that have been VERY knowledgeable with there service's and have gone out of there way to help and make me a satisfied customer! I would recommend anybody, especially if your newer to investing to check out ALL the different avenues their Experts can guide and teach you how to become a better investor.

Ida was helpful and courteous in assisting me with a necessary update to the payment method for renewal of my subscription to Weiss Crypto Investor.

I have one Weiss Ratings subscription and I am happy with that. I enquired about and then bought another more expensive subscription. It was not right for me and does not do what I need and I believed I had explained what I need and what I wanted to achieve. Not the case - there was mutual misunderstanding. I applied for cancellation and refund after just 17 days but was told that was not provided for in the small print. I contacted Justin Fuhrman at Weiss and after we had talked it through, he arranged for cancellation and refund.

Today I had the pleasure of talking with Kevin to help on board me to the Weiss Crypto Portfolio. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered my questions directly without hesitation. His follow up letter with significant telephone numbers was welcome as well. I’m looking forward to my lifetime membership to this program.

Weiss rating has been a significant factor in my trading success. The accuracy of analysis as well as the information awareness that is provided to members is mind blowing not to talk about the member services provided. The fact that you get a dedicated representative assigned to each member is extremely helpful - shoutout to Grant Garmire, who at this point could be my brother. When, after listening to and then subscribing to a Crypto service subscription that i essentially would not be able to make any substantial use of, I immediately contacted Weis with a refund request.
After hearing and taking the time understand my explanation, Myrna (a member of the Care team) issued and applied a full refund to my Visa credit card, --which was actually applied the next day. So thank you very much, and dealing with Weiss was easy and a good experience. Dan D. in NJ
