Today was the second time in recent days that I called on Weiss Ratings about navigating the website for my subscriptions. Both times I received prompt, courteous help. I particularly the patience exhibited by the representative.

I had a very informative conversation with
Ryza in customer service today. She was polite, enthusiastic and courteous. She answered all my questions and helped me navigate the Weiss Ratings website. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The representative was patient while i needed to verify my credit card with my bank.

Your customer service rep addressed my concerns efficiently and with kindness.

Kevin was fantastic, he walked me thru all that I needed to know as a new member of the Weiss Partners Circle. All the questions were answered thoroughly and I appreciate the knowledge imparted during our session. I am confident that the Member Care Dept. will be of great assistance in the future. Additionally Kevin made sure I received the link for Weiss Investment Summit in 2026.

Kevin spoke clearly and covered all of the content tabs for the new service that was added to my account.

My introduction to the full benefits of Weisratings website by Kevin Conde was friendly and helpful from the get-go. For some reason my link to Weisratings opened up in massive sized fonts making it difficult to get around. This had never happened to me before on any site. Kevin had me go to the top right hand corner 3 dots and discover that it was very easy to address by Chrome's Zoom option. Kevin then took me through all the tabs at the top the page once in the AI Profit Accelerator. I hadn't gone to any of these yet other than the Research tab. A wealth of information available that I definitely need to explore and become familiar with to take full advantage of this subscription. Finally, I need to complete setting up my preferred methods of communication but was unable to do so because the option to do so was spinning. We left this as an issue to be resolved by rebooting and if further help needed Kevin was sending me a number to call for further support. I got the email. Thanks Kevin. Good job.

Kevin was helpful in answering my questions. When he did not know the answer, he went to resources and looked up the answer or submitted a question to the mailbox. I felt I received truthful answers.

The efforts to help explain and support your products and information has mede a big differnce to the little investors and its greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for a subscription on Aug 13. I decided to cancel the order at present, and buy in 4 or 5 months. I sent an email asking to cancel this order Aug 14.
Your Representative, Myrna quickly responded, and stated she had cancelled my order and the $3500. payment was being refunded to my card.
I was well pleased with the courteous, helpful service. Please thank Myrna again for me.
