I have an account with them & cancelled but they are still trying everyday to take money out of my account. I will never go with this company again.

Love the support. Progress not perfection!

WW gives me useful information on my app and I can contact a care team member easily online if I need help.

I lost 50 lbs. the WW app is very helpful and easy.

Weight watchers are so supportive. Whether it’s at an in person meeting or using the app and participating in online meetings & activities, everyone has a story to tell & how involved you want to be is totally up to you!! I recommend giving it a shot.

I'm very frustrated with the medical part of this. It went great until I was perscribed the medication. I asked to pick it up and now the order can't be found by Walmart and I'm not getting any help fast! WW assistance is responding but it still isn't good enough to get my medication. I keep getting passed from one company to another. No one wants to take responsibility.

It made me realize how many points certain foods are and what foods are a few points!

Too much focus on GLP-1’ and not enough on those of us still trying to do it in our own. The weekly emails seem to be GLP-1 focused.

Tracking my food is always a game changer for losing weight. The zWW app is the best for doing this and helping me along

I have lost over 240 pounds and I've been at a healthy BMI for over a year. I use all of the supports available through the program. They are so many options for your success.

I have been with them for many years. I love that they are always trying to make it better for everyone. I love that I can have both "In Person" and "Virtual " workshops available to me. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that I am unable to print out recipies from the app. I personally need to be able to do that. I can not cook off my phone when it keeps going to sleep. It drives me crazy. I hope they fix that.

For a beginner member,it took me few days to navigate the app with ease. The food choice are excellent and the videos are well adapted to the need of members.

App is fairly easy use and there is lots of info to help you

Will not allow me to cancel, don't remember signing a contract, constant interruption on my phone, beyond annoying. Feels very scam like.

I have been attending many zoom sessions for the last two weeks. The first week. I struggled to find 101 newbie workshops after the second week I was able to locate them with ease or it appears the app did an update that helped a lot. Also, I really began to recognize that I found Weight Watchers more relatable when there were variety of folks personalities race ethnicity that represent me in my experiences that being said I would like to a encourage and congratulate Weight Watchers for including diversity in their programming, but also I would love to see more because the more I find diverse programming host and individuals who share experiences that have the same culture experiences of me then I benefit more. I also still continue to benefit from the majority of the population, where majority are legacy Weight Watchers but I enjoy the variety and diversity from millennials to perimenopause to black women to Latinos even shopping snacking.journaling etc It really has benefited me tremendously and I thank you for continuing to do so I also would love to say please don’t burn out our host. They’re really excellent. Please find additional ways to break it up spread it out because because they are all valuable thank you

Provider Spratt does not get back within quoted time and poor to communicate with patient and follow proper discussion with patient to meet goals set.

I think W W has always been my go to for weight loss/weight management. I always find my way back

I shared some of my experiences and was completely dismissed over the chats. I asked for a video call to discuss what I’m experiencing and got a “we need to stick by policy” it didn’t make me feel at all patient centered care. I care about the weight loss journey and how I feel and would love to be heard more instead of following policies. Or even just having a discussion with me to talk about the next steps and what plans to take to get me on the right track.
