0% Customer Service! Please avoid this company at any cost.

Due to the corona-virus, there was issue with flights. I called the flight directly and they confirmed that I was able to re-scheduled/cancel flight but I have to contact WeFly as this is the company where I purchased.
I've tried calling them at least 5 times on the duration of 3 consecutive days before the flight to make changes. NO ANSWER. Emailed them, No REPLY.
My money has flown in their pocket without a sweat from them.

Highly advise you all to use a different company.

This company is a lying scammer, they are the worst outfit do not believe a word any of their staff tell you their amendment fees are 99% so if you have to change any thing in the slightest you end up paying twice. There are far better firms to deal with this outfit should be shut down.

It's showing one price and one time schedule, but when you click to pay, its not available any longer. It happens all the time. Wasted me so much time!!! Terrible affiliate marketing programme with Skyscanner!
