Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website! They've found a saving for me and a couple of weeks later they switched my provider. All working well so far. I really like the idea that they'll automatically switch me again in the future - super convenient to not have to worry about this again.

Do not use involves lot of hassle and mixed messages
Saw a advert and thought I give them a try believing it save me time. How wrong was I. Heard nothing so chased and then got email to say flip failed. Contacted them to be told they did not know why and would be in touch but had to re submit or find own supplier. Imagine my surprise to get email from new supplier setting up a account after a quick phone call we are being set up on the 19th july.so it had gone through. Apparently three weeks is the time frame which I was never aware of so now we will have to pay old supplier the higher rate.
Avoid this company, it is not worth the hassle of constant chasing and getting mixed messages

Factor the time waste into account when asessing the savings before attempting a Flip.
Attempted a "flip" in April, was doubled billed and queried it in June with previous provider and they said they were still providing my property, not their problem. Contact WeFlip on June 6th. The acquiring provider seems to have acknowledged a mistake, but 3 weeks on there no real progress and I'm being told that I will need to expend time claiming back double billing from the loosing provider.
Factor the time waste into account when asessing the savings before attempting a Flip.
For me it's been 3 months since I did it and 3 weeks of no progress so far. It wasn't worth the saving.
EDIT 2019-07-01 : James this is being handled by your ref ____451 - every time there is an update it lacks details and date commitments and this entire time I'm on a more expensive tarrif I cannot change whilst the issue is pending.
It is clear the concept of a "flip" can go very wrong - if it does - through no fault of the switcher - they are still simply a passenager along for the ride, even if you uphold the complaint.

Incredibly problematic
I used WeFlip to switch both energy for Gas and Electricity. It took a number of weeks to Flip. A good deal of chasing from me. Then only Electricity changed. Gas required more chasing. The new supplier charges are higher than WeFlip suggested. And, I’m still being charged from previous supplier. They need to sort out their systems. An expensive waste of time. Use free comparison sites and make changes yourself. It’s a lot less hassle.

New supplier Avro Energy have taken a direct debit of £97 from my bank account 2 WEEKS before the supply even transferred! That means both my old supplier and my new supplier have taken direct debits out of my account this month. How is this saving me money? Wish I hadnt bothered has left me short this month.
