Abu and Sneha have both been amazing. Uber have not been cooperating with me. But these guys have gone above and beyond to support me. They were patient, polite and extremely helpful. They have helped me liaise with Uber and TFL to sort out my account. I trust these guys to always help.

I got a car from weflex limited. From day one i got the car it kept giving me trouble. Phv document expired within one month but they did not inform me so the car became stationary for 21 days and welfex limited put the responsibility on me. The tires are faulty and the warranty is finished within one month warranty. I want to give the car back and come out of contract i am not happy with reply. PHV and tyres matter is very important they gave wrong information PHV renewal payment was made by me the most important issue is warranty of the car. We flex limited deliberately did not touched the warranty issue which is most important iam paying £199 per week for the car with no warranty car warranty within one month after taking car this is absolutely scam how can we flex limited give car with only one month warranty i have already contacted citizen advice bureau to guide me on consumer rights i have complained to uber because we flex limited is partner with uber they gave wrong information in there reply without warranty they need to pay for repairs therefore they gave me this car without warranty and charging almost £900 per month for car without warranty thank you warranty is most important if i knew warranty is only for 1 month i will not go near that vehicle if any serious issues arise in vehicle how iam going to repair it they gave me this vehicle with only 1 month warranty which is setious misconduct please keep my reviews on trustpilot website so that other drivers be aware

I will give a full five stars for service, even though the car wasn’t charged and washed but that was due to me wanting to call it within couple of hours since I walked to the shop. Everything else was exceptional quite a good variety of cars to choose from and at a very reasonable price.

The sales department were great, informative and to a degree helpful. The after sales help is not that good. They suddenly turn on you when there is a problem. Imagine a cowboy outfit, they promise you the world and when you agree to their services all they want is the money and nothing else.
