Although Ascend Ecom has a lot of great features and tools, communication could be improved. It can take a while to get a response from customer service and it can be difficult to get help with more complex problems. Despite this, I still recommend Ascend as an easy and efficient way to launch automatic store.

STAY AWAY!
If i could give negative stars, i would. This company does the bare minimum to keep it from being a total Ponzi scheme. They barely purchase inventory. The inventory they do purchase is higher priced than any other store and doesn’t not sell.
They’ve deleted the comment function on SM pages because of the negative comments current clients are making. They have started trying to make clients sign NDAs keeping them from talking negative about the company. Rumor is they gave one client a high percentage of his money back as long as he signed an NDA. I was offered a free Walmart store if I would sign an NDA. Their “buyback guarantee” is them buying stores (after 24 months) that didn’t do as promised and selling to new clients as an already established store. The reason they give for having a store to give a new client “prior owner couldn’t get the funding for inventory”. Will seems to not know what’s going on or is in straight denial while he’s flying around the world on clients money. Stay away unless you just want your money tied up for 24 months. It’s going to collapse soon. If you want proof of what I’m saying, I can give it.
Response to Ascends reply:
Ascend did make a purchase on my store recently, you’re right. Only took 4 months of me telling ascend to purchase product. My statement stands. Bad business.
My store was established when Ascend took it over. Will assured me it was not an issue. I told him going into our contract that my store could not sell FBM. Was just a few weeks ago Will was assuring me that he would look into it and has “inside people” at Amazon that could help fix my FBM issue. Turns out, he’s full of empty promises. STAY AWAY from Ascend!

ROI will be in 6-10 months for me.
The stores I have set up have not generated me an ROI YET. However I just started with them and have recouped about 32% of my investment in the last 3 months.
I thought about taking a star away because while my account manager has responded to emails, I have been a little ticked that I havent been able to have a zoom meeting to overview everything each month.
I am very savvy and could probably do a lot of this myself, but I am just busy and there's a lot they handle for me. One of the assistants I got on the phone sounded like she had an accent but she was nice and resolved an issue I was having.
There is also a dashboard that I have access to and can see the entire back-end of everything. It's kind of hunky-dory and looks clunky tho.
I have an MBA in business and am very familiar with projections, and the reason for leaving this review is that at the current rate I have calculated I will be getting an ROI in the next 6-10 months *fingers crossed*

Nothing specific to point out here other than the order was on time and as advertised and thats great, thanks.
I have been working with Ascend Ecom…
I have been working with Ascend Ecom for 8 months now and I could not be happier with the results. I started my automated Amazon store with Cole from Ascend Ecom 5 months ago and it has been incredibly profitable since then. Cole was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my store, providing advice and guidance on what products to stock and how to optimize my store.
In addition to the excellent customer service that I received, Ascend Ecom has also been able to purchase high selling inventory for my store. This has allowed me to focus on other aspects of my business and leave the inventory purchasing to Ascend Ecom. They have done an excellent job of finding products that are in high demand and that have a good profit margin.
I would highly recommend Ascend Ecom to anyone looking to start an automated Amazon store. They have excellent customer service and the ability to purchase high selling inventory has been a great help to my business. I have been very pleased with the results that I have seen over the last 5 months and am looking forward to continuing to work with Ascend Ecom for many years to come.

I only make 3k a month in return/ prof.
I understand it’s automated but I expected more. 3k passive income is meh, and like someone else said I did see a rise in sales during the summer and was doing 4k month passively (I’ve recouped my investment)
And to be clear it is 2.5-3k/m after the rev share. I spoke with Jeremy once and he told me because of the low spend and small inventory purchases is why, but all in all it’s good for passive income.
It does work, but maybe I’m just greedy haha. Would be 5 stars if my sales happened to increase tho ;)

So I will say my experience so far is great. Only been on for 3 months so no major return just yet, but my store is making sales and they are setting up the one.
My only complaint so far is clickup software for project management and tracking. It’s kind of annoying compared to like Trello or others I am familiar with. Judging by how things are going tho, I am anticipating nice gains on autopilot. I will probably update in a few months as my journey continues and more results come in

Slow gains, but its working
If your one of Ascend's customers that really works with the team and see's what goes on you know this is next level.
So I started may of last year (2022). My store was set up to sell average everyday products people use in the kitchen.'
The units were $11.27, and they purchased 1000 of them. At first I was not so sure how a name brand disposable item was going to make sales, but surprisingly it did.
Each unit sells for $30, and so far my store sold 853 of those units, which has netted a total of approx $28k, and the spend per unit was $11 (only about $12k cost)
It has taken time (not an overnight success) but I will say my trust has been earned.
DO NOT get into this if you want fast money. The way the process works is very particular and If you are looking for quick bucks, then maybe try putting it on red (haha jk).
I wont go in to specifics, but my store has been profitable with items I never would have thought works.
The expertise and automation aspect is great. This is passive income with very light overview.

Ascend Struggles to deliver what they promise
I have been with Ascend for a little over a year and to say it has been a disappointing experience is an understatement.
Ascend claims that the typical time to recoup your investment is 12-14 months. To date, I have not shaved a dime off of my initial investment. In fact, I am in the hole approximately $8000 (on top of initial investment) due to purchased, unsold inventory.
Primary issues/concerns:
- High Turnover with store managers/ Store Manager competency
- Follow up and communication after onboarding (has improved after being moved to 'VIP team')
- Questionable product purchases - demand; pricing/profitability
- Transparency - inventory purchasing records; lack of easy access to review store financial performance
- Change in systems: Ryver, ClickUp; Google Docs; App Sheet;
- Information Security: Store Managers and support team primarily use gmail accounts to access store so there is a lack of control if an employee/ex-employee is disgruntled; Credit Card info is stored in a google doc. which obviously is not the most secure method to prevent fraud/theft.
Approximately 6 months in, there was less than $10,000 in purchased inventory and I had only $2700 in sales (not profit). There would also be extended periods of inactivity on my account. I had a conversation with Will Basta and he acknowledged that the store performance was disappointing and agreed to make some changes to try to improve the situation. I was moved to a different support team and definitely saw an increase in activity. Unfortunately, they went overboard and purchased over $20,000 in inventory in one month. The business model was presented that they would purchase products that would move quickly so that you can pay off your inventory purchases each month. This has NOT been the case for me. It has been several months and the sales have not covered the cost of inventory thus far and some products have zero sales.
Regarding product selection/pricing, below is an example that illustrates why the performance of my store has not met expectations.
Purchase Price/Unit: $87.24
Fee Estimate (Amazon): $46.12
Total Cost: $133.36
Sales Price: $139.00
Margin: $5.64
Competitor Price: $96.91
Sales (Units): 0
Sales ($): $0
Amazon fees (inbound transportation/storage): $440.65
So I am already in the hole and it's obvious that this product will not move without a significant cost reduction which will result in a substantial loss considering the competitor price is over $40 less.
For a business that is supposed to be hands off, I have had to have multiple communications with this team to point out issues and concerns in order for them to take action. Keep in mind, I have no experience in this space.
If you notice on social media, they typically don't allow comments/reviews. When I have attempted to post my experiences on Instagram, the comment was quickly removed. When I posted a review on Facebook, the ability to leave reviews was removed shortly thereafter.
I am stuck in this situation until my buy back period is reached (24 months), if they are still in business. I just wanted to warn others out there that what they present in their marketing campaigns is not the experience that I have had. I have spoken with other clients that have had similar experiences, so I know I am not alone with my frustrations. It's a lot of money to invest and I would want to have this information before making this kind of decision.

A+ Decision and Investment!
I was extremely diligent in my process to find the best Automation company to partner with for my Amazon store and I couldn't have made a better decision than partnering with Ascend.
From my very first experience with Ascend I felt like I was talking to a really genuine and trustworthy team that had great leadership. I love that they allowed me to visit their warehouse to see the operation in person and learn how the entire process works!
This company is really building for the long term and it is exciting to be apart of it! My store has shown progress month over month and I am extremely happy with the results I have seen so far and how passive the entire business is for me.
I am excited for the future and can't recommend the Ascend team enough!

Was a little sceptical when I signed up with Will back in 2021 after I saw an ad on instagram. After 3 months, sales were slow and had some calls with Raymond before I purchased unlimited ungating on my account. since then, was able to sell a bunch of extra brands and have gradually made it to over 1000 a day in 18 months with 35%. Ascend was literally buying bottled water and made me a little weary, but then the sales REALLY started to boom and they wer selling this bottled water from Walmart literally 2x as much as I bought it for including shipping. They were able to make such an ROI because they began to subsidize my shipping so I was shipping 120 lbs for 12.50 which really allowed me to scale my store. I even was able to use their shipping for my shopify store which has saved me tons. I used to use a prep center but with these low rates it makes it well worth it.
