My patience is definitely strained, the amount of emails I have needed to send regarding this is a poor reflection of your customer service.
I have not been informed of a refund, nor have I received one. The only reply is to state I have been offered vouchers.
I do not want vouchers I want a monetary refund for a purchase you could not provide.

I booked this holiday and they where keen to take my money then, as for getting my refund that's a different matter. I booked to go away 2nd April with my wife for a long weekend in Valencia, my flight has been cancelled buy easy jet and I have e mailed weekend.com about 20 times just keep getting told to wait 5 weeks ECT.

In mid February we booked a short break to Spain in mid April with weekend.com Due to C-19 our trip was cancelled and we were offered a voucher in full valid for 3 years. We decided to request a full refund as we needed funds during this exceptional time. Having heard of friends horror stories of trying to contact their travel providers let alone obtain a refund. I am pleased to say that our refund was made on the same day as our request. We are very impressed and inspired by weekend.com and have no reservations in booking with them again and recommending them to family and friends.

Excellent service in difficult times. We had a short 4 day fully inclusive break booked in Majorca which was cancelled due to C19. We had emails that helped us to know what was going on and subsequently when the holiday was cancelled had emails to advise us of the delay in processing the refund. At all times we were kept informed although the date for flight had passed by the time we got an offer. All of which we accepted due to sheer volume of disruption. I finally got the refund and will be looking to book again with you once we are clear from C19

We are due to travel to Vienna on Tuesday 28th April, 4 days time. Despite numerous requests by email to get the situation sorted I have received no response. I tried telephoning to be kept on hold before being cut off. Whilst the current situation is challenging their communication is appalling which makes a bad situation much worse.

My wife and I should of been going on a short break to Florence in April and although way back at the beginning of March most of Italy was in lockdown the company still insisted we pay our balance. It’s been several weeks now since we did that and our holiday dates passed, we have he’d no correspondence from the company to refund our money only the replies to my wife’s emails which are the same generated replies.
The customer service of this company is shocking and will be very reluctant to use again.

Just send us our money back that’s all we’re asking for. The flights and hotel were cancelled so you couldn’t of used our money to pay for them.

Still waiting for my refund of $1300, my wife was informed that her trip was canceled. It’s been a month since she was informed of the cancellation. Worst company to deal with, Alamo rental return my money the next day after canceling two car rentals and weekend makes no refund payment in a month.
Maybe time for further action. Also Travelzoo should take note and not have any further dealings with this company.
Return flights from birmingham to majorca have now been cancelled, due to covid 19,(but we new that nearly 2 weeks ago) and weekend.com are still avoiding giving us our refund which by eu law we are entitled to a full refund, they were quick enough to take our money and obviously do not want to refund us because they keep going around in circles, once our refund is returned we will never book with these again and recommend that everyone else does the exact same thing, disgusting customer service.
Very friendly customer services team, no matter who I was speaking with.

My 2 night Dublin break, originally seen on Travelzoo, departing Wednesday 18th March rapidly fell apart as during the previous weekend when I learnt about Dublin shutdown of public facilities and then restaurants and bars due to C virus. I contacted Germany based Weekend.com several times and each time was told that as my flights and hotel were available I was expected to travel or accept a mere 10% cancellation refund. Observing from the UK news that travellers were wandering the empty Dublin city centre with suitcases I decided that I had no option but to cancel, although I had already bought Leap travel cards and booked airport parking. So I am now left trying to contact my insurers, whom I hope as they are UK based, will take a more sympathetic line ! Certainly in the future if I book city breaks I will make the effort to book a flight and hotel myself independently and will stay well away from weekend .com !
Because of coronavirus and flights were being cancelled left right and centre and with Spain about to go into lock down I asked to cancel holiday 30 days before our holiday. I had no issue with losing the deposit but thought they would forgo the balance as it was not due out for a few days. We would have loved to go but it was obviously not going to happen. The answer was no. So I wont ever use them again as this is not normal times and nobody likes to pay for something they have not had. No goodwill whatsoever.....shame on them

Due to fly to Florence, Italy on 24th April 2020, due to the global pandemic, the EU’s Federal Foreign Office, have put in place suspension on all travel scheduled to arrive up to the 30th April 2020. I booked my travel in UK and the U.K’s Foreign and Commonwealth office advice, is suspension on all travel due to arrive on the 16th April.
I have queried this conflict with weekend and it’s fallen on deaf ears.
Should I be traveling within the EU these countries will not be accepting flights in, up to the 30th April. Yet it seems in Weekend’s mystical ‘economical’ world, it’s still going ahead. That I am bound by the U.K. terms and conditions, and not that of other countries. Even when the other countries contradict the reality of the situation.
They are using terms and conditions and not common sense in a time of a global pandemic to wriggle out of giving me any money back when it is clear that your travel will 100% not be going ahead, Basically holding onto your money.
They are An unethical, unhelpful, terrible company.
Once this has all settled I will never use this company ever again.
I strongly advise you all do the same.
I’ll now have to sit and wait for the U.K. commonwealth office to make a new advice ruling that doesn’t contradict the EU one.
I asked information about my voyager one weeks ago but I don't receive any answer. Now I don't know if I pay if my voyager will do or not because there is a covid-19. Thank you Weekend. Com

We booked a long weekend in Gdansk flying next week. Poland has closed borders and flights have been cancelled. Automatic e-mail from Weekend.com saying everything cancelled and would receive a refund. Full refund in the account 2 days later. Look forward to booking with them when this is all over.

My hotel in Vegas was just cancelled but the flights have not. The representative told me via email I would be charged a penalty if I cancelled. How is this possible if I don't have a place to stay? I can't talk to anyone on the phone because the line keeps cutting after the automated message.
