I used several times your services and I used to be a happy customer. Until recently. In Sept 2019 I booked a package trip to La Palma (please see TIS-ID 15179826). I was unlucky enough to book it through Neckermann Reisen, went bankrupt. That is, obviously not your fault ! Nevertheless, I got a Gutschein of 100 euro. The Gutschein is released by restplatzboerse.com and it doesn't mention the Neckermann Reisen name on it.
I made a 2nd reservation for La Palma (see TIS-ID 15364245), so in fact I payed twice for the same package, but I could not use the previous Gutschein. I received a 2nd Gutschein, released by restplatzboerse.com and it doesn't mention the FTI name on it.
I called your call-center and first they told me that "yes, the Gutschein is from restplatzboerse.com. When I mentioned the Neckermann Reise name, they said "no, the Gutschein is from Neckermann and it is not valid anymore !"
I asked: " Can I use the 2nd Gutschein (associated to FTI) in the future with any other travel agency on the restplatzboerse.com ?
Answer: Yes !
My Question: So the Gutschein is not from FTI ?
Answer: No, it is from restplatzboerse.com !
Do you see the stupidity of the answers ? When convenient, the Gutschein is from restplatzboerse.com. When not convenient, it is not !
I am not a happy customer anymore. In the future, I will contact directly your partners, FTI, etc ...
