Good customer service however I was a bit disappointed with the price they have as my phone had absolutely no marks or scratches on it. The adviser was helpful and gave me an ok price in the end which was much appreciated thank you

Downgraded a phone which was virtually like new. Next time I’ll check the trustpilot reviews.

Received a quote online which was £360 and more favourable than others for a 2 year old IPhone 15. Heard nothing for a while and then I called I was told that they had reduced the offer by almost £160 which was a disgrace! They claimed that my phone had excessive scratching on the screen which was absolute rubbish as I always keep my phones in good quality cases and regularly clean the screen with a wipe designed to do so. Due to the delay and the hassle of returning I begrudgingly accepted but won’t be using this company again. I have used other companies in the past and never had my phone downgraded in value in the past!

Agent explained the phone examination process and the pricing guidelines. I received a fair price for my phone. Would happily use we buy any phone again.

I had positive experience with this company and I got paid exactly as advertised
They offered me the highest quote on market for my S24 ULTRA,I was a bit skeptical at the beginning because I saw some negative reviews,but everything went smooth,I got paid same they they tested my phone and the communication was excellent, sending me text messages with every stage of the trade in which made the experience much better.

Will not use again they offer you a fair price for phone and when u send the contact you a few days later with a pathetic price said they would give me 80 pounds then offered me 25 pounds when they had it rip off

This company offered me a very low price for my phone….well below offers that I rejected on other platforms. I am awaiting the return of my phone. I had contact with their customer service via WhatsApp and their support person initially offered me an insignificant “goodwill” uplift to his company’s lowball offer. I declined their updated offer and insisted on the return of my phone. Their staff member then was very helpful and arranged for a quick return of my phone. Overall though a disappointing experience based on vague definitions of phone condition that prompted their headline offer to grab my attention. The only positive thing I can say is that the procedure to send my phone to them was quite straightforward. Disappointing

I was really happy with the service I received from Sakul he was great in answering any questions that I had and also the price I have been offered for my old phone
