Overall Experience
The overall experience when I tried to sell my car to the field agent was terrible. So, the initial introduction to this process was very troubling. However, it is only due to the outstanding customer service and problem-solving professionalism from Bernard Young that this situation was corrected, resolved and made so much better for all parties involved!

Overall was a very good experience. The only downside was, I thought I was gonna get more money based on the online price that they quoted me. However, the gentleman who came and met with me, was very nice and very reasonable and his estimate of the value of my vehicle I would probably use the service again.

Great Experience with Donald at the Greensburg, PA Office
We brought our vehicle to the Greensburg location after making an appointment on the website first. Shortly after scheduling, Donald (the manager for the Greensburg office) called to confirm the appointment and some of the vehicle details. The process was incredibly straightforward and simple, and Donald was fantastic. He was very pleasant and welcoming, he offered us water and he explained the whole process in detail. After his inspection he provided their offer, which was in line with what we expected, and he began the paperwork process. He explained all of the documents we would be signing, and even with two of us signing it was a fast process to complete the paperwork. Once the paperwork was finished, we were given a check for exactly the amount agreed upon, and in total it took less than an hour. Donald was just really nice and thorough, and was also patient with us having our kids there with us as well. In all, it was a very smooth process and we're really happy we went with Donald at the Greensburg office. We would absolutely recommend webuyanycar in Greeensburg.
