First time using We Buy Any Car and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Super easy to get an estimate online and then set up the appointment. Didn't take long at all in the office and Stephen was just awesome. As they explained ahead of time, he did thorough inspection of my car which didn't take long at all. He was very thorough in explaining everything and took care of all the paperwork in a timely fashion, handed me my check and I was out the door. It was a fair price for my car and I was happy. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

When I asked for a quote online, I reported it was a Reconstructed Title. But when I went in, he told me I had not told them that, therefore, the offer was less than a third of the quote. I would have been better off to sell it for parts, especially since I had just put on brand new tires.

The process is straight-forward and efficient. The representative was professional and fair. My recommendation would be to provide more transparency on the associated fees involved in selling a vehicle. There should be some footnote on the website that the quoted car value will be adjusted based on the physical review of the car and reduced by some amount for documentation fees.
