North Sails - Cap

North Sails sent a cap with a stain on it. After complaining about the stain they were not able to sent a cap without a stain. Instead I became a voucher which was 6 cents worth more than the item. That was why I wasn‘t allowed to redeem the voucher for the item I wanted. After discussing one day with the Customer Service the cap wasn‘t available anymore. Now the cap is available again but the voucher is expired. In my opinion a very poor customer service.

Poor quality zip on Trimmer shorts

I purchased a pair of Trimmer shorts for over £100 just over a year ago, but the fly zip on them has jammed on multiple occasions since I got them, and a year later the zip has jammed completely making them totally unusable - very disappointing for a very expensive pair of shorts.

I have contacted North Sails and they will not do anything to help me. Lovely shorts, but due to the quality of the zip and customer service, I will not buy any more of their shorts or other clothing.

Bad experience - scam

I have bought a sweatshirt but it doesn’t fit and the material is not good either so I wanted to return it but their return procedures are not easy. You have to email to their costumer care service but they don’t respond so basically it’s impossible to return the sweatshirt and get refund. It’s a scam.

Veste d'hiver navy blue

Veste d'hiver - navy blue acheté en janvier 2022. Les boutons se détachent trop facilement et j'ai en perdu deux. J'ai contacté le service client en demandant d'acheter de nouveaux boutons identiques ou similaires. Aucune réponse de leur part que ce soit par email pour via les réseaux sociaux. J'ai donc une veste inutilisable. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Winter jacket - navy blue bought in January 2022. The buttons come off too easily and I have lost two of them. I have contacted customer service asking to buy new identical or similar buttons. No response from them either by email or via social networks. So I have an unusable jacket. I absolutely do not recommend.

Amazing service !
Dispatched yesterday in italy and arrived this afternoon via DHL in the West Midlands UK.

Very happy with the items will use again for sure.

Bad Quality (Polos) and poor refund process

1.Quality (Polos) is extremely poor- washed at recommended Temperature, now all (!) Polos ordered have shrinked a Lot so that i cannot wear them anymore.
2. Refund/ Return Process took 1 month which ist far too Long. Therefore i will definately Not buy northsails offline + online again. I asked now for a refund of the polos- will Update then this entry again.

I have a very bad 1st experience with…

I have a very bad 1st experience with this brand.
The clothes are really badly sized, the M is borderline L/XL. I sent back the piece for an exchange with the return label present in the package within 7 days and recommend the jacket in the right size. The result ... the package disappeared, tracking number non-existent and impossible to refund the order because the return did not arrive within 30 days of the order.
So I paid for 2 clothes that I don't have! For me this is called a scam !!!! To be avoided

They sent me a stained jacket and wrong size

I ordered a jacket and slides in size 10.5. I was sent the jacket which was noticeably stained and the slides in the wrong size. I wrote into customer support simply requesting they send me non defected items (I wasn't even looking for a refund) and they did not respond to my request. In addition they charged me an INT TAX fee that I was not aware of and they didn't make clear. I am going to be contacting my bank and opening a case with the Better Business Bureau as well. I would strongly advise not shopping at this company. They are expensive, provide awful service and send defected product.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. I strongly avoid all people to avoid this company. They took for ever to deliver the goods. And then they refused to change size on one of the items when we bought for several hundreds of euros. I am so dissaapointed with them and I will never buy something more from North sails.

Bourght a pair of North Sail sneakers…

Bourght a pair of North Sail sneakers model TW/01. They were not cheap 165 $. Used them for 3 month onbord my boat. Now they are ready to throw out, the heel are broken inside, the hole shoe is slappy. Unbelieveble bad quality. I don't understand why N.S. want to risk there reputation with this kind of bad prouduct.

Highly recommend

I am truly happy with my orders. Usually, I'm very critical but once I ordered gifts for my dad and bf, I fell in love with the quality and ordered some t-shirts for myself. I would highly recommend this brand. Shipping is extra fast, materials are great & I think they're underestimating the prices they could've put. As I've said to few people, I believe this is the brand I will order everything I need for it to last from now on.

Hands off

I ordered 3 jackets and one pair of trousers on 9/3/20 The order was shipped on 9/7/20 and delivered on 9/9/20 The jackets were too small and were returned by me on 9/10/20 and received by an employee of the company on 9/14/20. In several telephone calls I was put off each time the clothes were inspected in the warehouse and then the refund (over 500€) was initiated. So far nothing has happened, you are held up and the money is still not returned. I have now reclaimed the money through my bank and will also engage a lawyer to get to the bottom of the matter. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store!
