Returns & Refund not working

Top quality, quick respond, no problems with refunds! Everything went smooth!
So, this is my final summary. After sending back three items I got pretty soon my money back and ordered three same products but in different sizes. No problems with the refund at all! Quality and design of jackets is top! I know now why it's a bit more expensive but I luckily both it during black friday so I managed to save some money. Response from support team was excelent and fast. Looking forward to buy more new clothes from Nort Sails!

Extra charges and no Customer Service!
We placed an order, but before delivery North Sails Carrier, DHL, asked for Customs Payment of £75.24 which shouldn't have been charged to us. We tried to ring their foreign customer services number, no answer, sent emails which weren't answered, so told DHL to return the goods. Eventually we had an email reply where a refund was agreed, but a month later after many emails we have no goods and they still have our money!
Lack of transparency
I contacted North Sails with detailed questions about a linen shirt listed on the website, asking for clarification on its materials (organic cotton, recycled fibers, or linen), certifications (GOTS, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex), buttons, and dyes. Despite the brand’s strong emphasis on sustainability and ocean-positive initiatives, I received no response.
Since then, the product listing has been updated and no longer mentions organic cotton or recycled fibers. While this clarifies the materials, the fact that the listing was changed after my inquiry—without any communication—is concerning. It highlights a lack of transparency and responsiveness. Simply claiming sustainability is not enough; failing to provide clear verification when directly asked feels like greenwashing by omission. Without honest information, I cannot make an informed purchase aligned with my values, and I will not be buying this shirt.

The products are somewhat good and high-quality.
The handling of returns is a burden.
The return goods arrived at the retailer in Italy on March 7, 2025. The credit was finally issued on April 30, 2025, after 3 inquiries (with no response).
It is suggested to change the handling agent in Italy to a more reliable one.
Until then, and if possible, only purchase if you are sure that no returns are needed.
Poor customer service avoid purchasing from them
Extremely poor customer service avoid this company. I purchased a gilet and 4 t-shirts. Unfortunately the T-shirts were huge so I returned them but have still not received a refund. This was in January 2025. Customer services do not respond to my emails and the phone number is an answer machine in Italian. I left a message and have received no reply. For a premium brand I am extremely disappointed by their service.
Fraud
Fraud. Don't buy anything from them. Cutomer Service doesn't answer phones calls or emails Returns are impossible. These are real gangsters.

Shocking company to deal with, stay away from them. I am still waiting for my refund, all emails are ignored. This company will go bust soon.
Simply awful
Just like others mentioned, no reply on emails apart from a reply on the first one under the name of Andrea, no refund whatsoever. In addition to that, the thing that initially struck me as weird was that there was no receipt issued and included inside the package. That's the 2nd time I purchase from North Sails and it was a total different experience when served from Germany. I referred my case to the European Customer Centre of the country i reside and i recommend everyone to do the same.
This must be a scam
This must be a scam. The quality is appalling and the price ridiculous. No response from customer service as I wish to return it. Very, very surprised for a brand like this.
Customer service nonexistent
I purchased a Sailor jacket, but it is too small. Be aware, this brand runs small! I contacted customer service to request a size exchange, but they did not respond. I sent the return package and did not receive any confirmation of its arrival. I still have not been refunded. Be cautious! Only buy if you are sure about the size and model! Avoid returns and customer service, as it is nonexistent!
Just shocking!
Like others have commented in their reviews the NorthSails returns policy and refunds customer service is appalling, I have been waiting a month for a refund and the same for a returns label. They say that returns labels are sent out with the goods when despatched but that is not so. As others have said there is no email response from customer services. Initially Andrea did respond but subsequently for the last 3 weeks no response at all.
Never again will I use this company they are shocking!

It is more than a month they are not processing my returns and giving money back. They do not answer emails or calls. From such a brand it is simply unacceptable.
