Disappointing Product & Poor Customer…

Disappointing Product & Poor Customer Service – Would Not Recommend

I ordered 50 branded wristbands from Webrandit for my wellness business. I chose them over a larger supplier because I wanted to support a small business — but unfortunately, this was a mistake.

The artwork proof I approved clearly showed a legible logo, but the final product arrived with the text so small and faint it was barely readable. If the mock-up had reflected the actual outcome, I wouldn’t have signed it off. The approval process is misleading and doesn’t give an honest representation of the final product.

When I raised my concerns, I expected a professional response — instead, I was accused of “haggling on price numerous times,” which is simply not true. I referenced VistaPrint once for comparison, like many customers do, and never tried to negotiate pricing. I’ve since sent two separate emails containing the full thread as proof, and still, no apology or retraction.

They also brought up a minor quantity error in my original enquiry as further “evidence” of me being difficult — even though I corrected it when placing the order. Rather than take responsibility for the misleading mock-up or offer a resolution, they responded with defensiveness and blame.

Worse still, they’ve now stopped replying altogether. I’ve followed up professionally and respectfully, but have been completely ignored.

I wish I could attach images to this review showing the difference btw the artwork approval image and the actual.

To summarise:

The artwork proof was misleading

The final product was unreadable

I was wrongly accused of negotiating on price

Customer service was dismissive and unprofessional

No resolution was offered, and follow-up emails have been ignored

As a fellow small business owner, I’m deeply disappointed in how this was handled. I would not recommend Webrandit to anyone looking for quality products or reliable customer service.

Dont use this company

Dont use this company. Once you have signed off the artwork - which says not to scale - and received payment - the order arrives with damaged boxes - the company logo squashed to the bottom of the bottle. Not as per the signed off artwork. Not centred. Not professional. Raised to resolve. Nothing done. Waste of money.

Over promise, under deliver - that should be their motto. Terrible service!

"I needed to order water bottles within a few weeks of an event. After confirming the water bottle I wanted, I went ahead and made the payment. After the payment was made, the adviser then advised me that water bottle was no longer in stock. After this I went ahead with the order as time was ticking. I had asked the adviser to confirm THREE times that I could get delivery by 12th November which she said most definitely. When chasing up on the water bottles, I then found out they wouldn't be arriving until 14th November. Our event was that day. The service I have received has been diabolical and I would never order anything from this company again.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, let down and in parts feel taken advantage of by this business. In short, they let us down on a really important order and then delivered it late... too late for the event it was needed for and then suprisingly took no accountability or made steps (e.g a refund) to provide a solution. Small businesses, beware and look elsewhere, you have choices to go elsewhere so avoid them
