Delay after delay.
While I don't have a problem with the quality of the product. The time it takes to get products needs to be addressed. Last year my card (Business Christmas) order took over 4 weeks to arrive. This year 2 weeks AFTER the order is placed, I got am email the cards are out of stock. So now it is Dec. it will take another 7 ish business days for a simple order no envelope no logo. Called to get a new card, the phone agent doesn't even apologize for the delay. I KNOW they can do better! Get it together!! I am giving them grace and 3 stars, due to a fair price, and fair quality. I suggest you order in summer for Christmas calendar cards.

Very hard to get products that is adversities. No contact to let you know when items are on backorder. You usually find out yourself, because items have not arrived. Company needs to work on customer contact services.

I'm a business owner that wanted to purchase some holiday gifts for employees. I placed my order on the website. I was told 2 weeks after I placed the order that they were out of stock. Then when I called to pay the difference between the products, my business debit card number was stolen. I never use the card because of this reason. It was so suspect! Beware. I've dealt with other better known companies that were more establish and never had these problems.

Terrible company to deal with...DO NOT purchase from them. Products are cheap and customer service is terrible. I was sent the wrong item because the one I ordered was backordered (no permission given to substitute) and I was told twice that I could return and a shipping label would be emailed to me. Waited a week with no label sent and when I called back, it suddenly changed to me having to pay to return item. NO ONE contacted me to discuss the change in plan and I should NOT have to pay return shipping when they gave me the wrong item.

Steer clear! Have used company before, each year getting increasingly difficult to get competent assistance to place an order with various unnecessary issues. Ordered item after waiting on proof. Paid by phone. Within hours, credit card was breached with dozens of online $$$ fraud purchases. Card is a backup card and rarely used so I believe its linked to the PP purchase.

Only got crayons….when I called, they stated all the other items were back ordered. No one reached out to let me know via phone or email. I was furious. Placed an order and they charged my card for everything. Called and said many not available and still charged the card. It is almost 30 days later and still no refund. Had to call the company again. It is wrong to charge for something that you will not be shipping and if you made the error correct it right away. You called me, yet didn't process the refund. SCAM!
We ordered Mothers Day Pens in March…
We ordered Mothers Day Pens in March and needed them for a preschool event on the friday before Mothers Day and they kept saying items on back order and I called over and over letting them know I needed them by a certain date and they said we would receive them and when I tracked them on the date we needed them delivered they will not be here until 2 days after our event. My story is similar to the "Father's Day" fiasco. We will call mine the "Cancer Day" fiasco. I ordered materials well in advance. Only a portion of my order arrived much later than October, which is breast cancer awareness month. Trying to be a kind and compassionate pastor, I ordered something else. Finally, the wrong thing arrived by Fed-Ex. I have been trying to return the items for three months. Each time my secretary or I inquired about the labels, we were told three to five days and we would have the labels, but to no avail. This happened more times than I care to mention. Of course, we have received the bill, with a letter from their finance department, kindly reminding of us of our late payment. Mind you, we have been trying to return the wrong items for more than sixty days. Today, we gave them a new email address for the labels to be sent to and we were told we would receive the labels in another three to five days. I asked if I could go to Fed-Ex and mail them myself. I was told yes, but I would have to pay for the shipping. I DO NOT HAVE CONFIDENCE IN POSITIVE PROMOTIONS. This began in September 2022 and is still going on in February 2023! WOW

No samples and no responses to our attempts to get an update. Thankfully, there are other, professional companies out there that not only got our 4th quarter order, but will get our future business. Do not order from this company unless…
Do not order from this company unless you're okay with the headaches that will follow! I ordered items a month ahead and at this point they are two weeks late. I reached out to the customer service and the response was basically "oh well." They claimed the items were out of stock. But I received no such notice when I ordered or in the weeks that I've waited, and they are refusing to refund even the shipping. I've been burned by this company before. It's my bad for giving them a third chance. They're business practices are terrible. There is nothing Positive about them.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with! A waste of $20,000 on marketing merchandise and they couldn’t get my order right if their lives depended on it. Every single item I ordered they made a mistake on. The printing is awful. They don’t have the ability to stick to deadlines or deliver anything according to what you expect. Don’t waste your time with this company, you’re better off spending a little more money elsewhere but actually receiving a quality product and peace of mind. I spent three months with this company trying to get my order right and in the end they screwed me and would not redo one of the products. They expected me to distribute merchandise that was not reflective of our brand and was just not legible to the eye. Their coloring scheme is extremely off. they will send you a product without doing any quality control and waste your time and your money. They will take your money upfront and afterwards you’re gonna have to chase them down to get your order right and even completed by the deadline you expect. Their customer service is awful. I left numerous messages for managers who never returned my call to this day. This company is the worst and I will never work with them again. I suggest working with someone else for your marketing materials. Low quality products , awful customer service, poor printing., Inaccurate shipping promises, unprofessional artwork., Terrible all around. I ordered seven different items and they managed to screw up six of them. The water bottles are like tinfoil the quality is so low and so cheap you will not want to distribute this on behalf of your company. Trust me.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I wish I would have read the online reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed my order online. I was told I would receive my product in 5-8 business days. I called them after 8 business days. They informed me they received my product but it was sent to get our logo on it. I should receive it within 8 business days from the day I called.
I called back 8 days after that because I haven't even received a tracking number. I then was told they lost my art work. If I resend my art work I will receive my product 8 days from that day. I always had to reach out to them. Only for them to call me today 27 days from the day I ordered and payed for my product for them to tell me I have to order 15 more lanterns if I want my order. I told them no that is not what our agreement states. The order is already placed I should have already received my product. Eric said he couldn't order my product unless I order 50. I tell him that's not what they advertise. He let me know he didn't care what they advertise this is what they have to do. I informed him I talked to someone 2 weeks ago and they told me my product was already ordered. He stated it was. I asked why he was changing it now. He said be he was told to. If you go on to my product now it still reads you can order 35. False advertisement at its finest.

12/09 I called and got Dina as my sales rep. I send her an email with the previous years jackets that will be duplicated.
12/10 Dina sends quote. We start going back and forth with files so we can start the order process.
12/13 Dina let me know that the art work will be done. Sent the proof the same day. Let Dina know my originally need for jackets had decreased from 25 to 23 will need new quote.
12/14 Dina asked for details. I sent over details for artwork.
12/15 I ask again for quote. She asks for more details. I respond.
12/16 Dina asked for more details.
12/17 I provide additional details.
12/22 I ask Dina if there is anything else she needs since I hadn't heard back.
01/05 I ask Dina again if there was anything else needed. She says she should have final pricing.
01/06 Dina sends over revised artwork. I approve.
01/07 Dina says she is getting final pricing.
01/10 Dina sends over new quote (requested from December 13th). I ask Dina if we order by today when these would ship, she states on or before 02/07. I tell her let's get them started. She states she needs payment. I forwarded this to our Treasurer to give her a call.
01/11 Dina let's me know she had not hear from the treasurer. Same day he calls her with payment.
01/14 Dina calls me letting me know the jacket colors we requested are not available. I ask her what colors are available so I can have the committee review. She tells me on the phone that she will find out.
01/18 Dina calls me, leaves a messages and asks me what I want to do. I emailed, because now I want everything in writing. I told her I still hadn't heard about what colors are available.
01/19 I email Dina again, I still have not heard about what color is available. She calls and let's me know the jacket color I want will be available the first/second week of February. We push our February banquet to March because of this. She responds letting me know that it should only take 4 to 5 days.
01/20 Dina states the jackets are now in stock in that color. I again say let's get them done.
01/24 Dina emails me with questions about imprint details. I respond.
01/25 Dina states the card number is invalid and she possibly wrote the card number down wrong. I told the treasurer to give her a call, she got the card and charged us for this order. Sends me proof and detailed version of quote.
01/26 I sent an issue with one name.
02/02 I email Dina finding out if the order is good or if anything else on my end needed to be done. She responds and says it went to imprint yesterday.
02/21 I email Dina finding out if we have a shipping time frame. She said the tracking had not been updated.
02/23 I email Dina trying to find out when my order will be shipped. She responds saying she will have tracking later that day.
02/28 I email Dina because I still have yet to get tracking and told her we needed these jackets by March 5th. She responds with tracking number.
03/01 I finally receive SOME not ALL of my order.
03/02 I email Dina and let her know I am missing 2 jackets from the order and still need them by March 5th. She states they are at production and will ship tomorrow.
03/05 My event and I do not have these jackets. I have to tell 2 people I do not have them.
03/09 I emailed Dina to let her know I still do not have these jackets. She responds saying they are scheduled to imprint. They are now due to ship by March 15th. I emailed back saying that she said on the 2nd she stated they would ship on the 3rd. No response.
03/23 Emailed Dina to find out where these jackets are. She responded saying they should be going to inprint soon.
03/31 Emailed Dina to get tracking. She gives me a tracking number.
04/01 Final 2 jackets finally arrive.
Nothing about this company has been positive. I shouldn't have to keep following up with my sales rep
