Yet again this company has sunk to all-time lows, they are now refusing to provide relevant details to enable us to move to another hosting service.

We commissioned this so-called web development company 12 weeks ago to design and build an e-commerce site. So far we have experienced nothing but excuses, poor customer service. They are not based in Australia everything they state is false and untrue, for your own peace of mind stay away.

Can you please stop taking money from my credit card.

I cancelled with you 6 months ago and you're still taking money out from my credit card.

As mentioned over our phone call I was unhappy with the quality of work you provided and found the whole task very daunting to deal with, thought I was paying the professionals to design and build my website but seemed that I was doing all the work with the pre-made template you had sent me.

Hopefully this acts as a warning to others to first do their research before signing up and having money taken continuously out of their account.

Found the whole process very slow and painful.

The designs that were sent back were very template like that had no creativity, could of done it myself using a diy template builder online, not sure what I was paying webnado the money for.

Could not come in and visit them either which made things harder.

I needed a temporary website setup for an upcoming event that I was conducting. I wasn’t sure how to get started so I reached out to Webnado and they made sure to create something specific to my requirements. They kept me up-to-date throughout the process and delivered the project on time.

DO NOT USE WEBNADO!!!!!

Wasted a lot of time using these amateurs.

When i first contacted them they had mentioned that all their work is done here in Australia and not outsourced but that was not the case.

The emails that I received back from them was in very poor English quality and full of mistakes, they could not complete simple tasks and told me to do it, I thought this
was their job since I was paying them a lot of money to do it.

Seems all they do is give you a template and tell you to put it together even though they say they custom design their websites but I found the exact same template online for $59

Waste of 6 weeks with them and over $500 paid for a template, 0/5 stars

I asked Web Nado for a modern landing page that had a similar feel to a portfolio of sites that I provided.

The outcome was very unprofessional and looked like someone tried to put together in a couple of seconds, later on I found online the same template that they gave me, it was off a free template site, I was disappointed as they had mentioned they "custom design their websites"

What's more without restarting they would be unable to deliver a quality product but they are demanding full payment and started to threaten me - terrible

Stay away from Web Nado as they say they're an Australian business but I had found out they only have a temporary holding office here, not a real office as all the work is done offshore in India.
