I ordered 2 bracelets the end of…

I ordered 2 bracelets the end of November use took my payment as shown in my bank statement yet failed to deliver my bracelets or even send any information to me to inform me of any deliveries.. all it says was updated 20th of November. Absolutely shocking for a use to do this to people.
My order is 1905 and I would like what I have paid for as use took my money

By far the worst online service I have…

By far the worst online service I have ever used. I ordered two baguette chains, followed up a delivery time... they never responded.

After I had sent several emails, they advised me that the items would be sent out the following week! I immediately requested a refund which they agreed to, but did not issue the refund.

I had to contact paypal to claim my monies, however wearlivin also failed to communicate with PayPal, mean while, they continually promised me a refund via email. Long story short, the order was made on 19th November I only got a refund 14th December!! 😳

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, lack of. Communication product very very late and not best quality, very disappointed, ordered waitied for delivery date, had no communication in between emailed a few times took ages to reply got one saying order ready to be dispatched, waited another week nothing so cancelled my order, had it tracked still showing before cancelling not been sent emailed a few times again heard nothing over a month later got an email saying its out for delivery came in a small buble. Wrap. Bag, emailed and rang again nonanswer to say shouldnt of come. I cancelled it, as wasnt hearing anything and i have still not had a reply very poor.
Why this was all happening went ob another site got the exactly thr same thing had to spend a little more but it looked amazing customer serivce was great or came in a nice box and wrapped up properly properly and arrived in two days.
