Can’t get my refund done properly
I bought two pairs of scrubs on my credit card and one pair pod new balance shoes on my FSA card. I ended up returning one pair of scrubs due to the fit. The refund was put back onto the FSA card and not back onto the credit card, which was how I paid for it. I have gone back-and-forth with multiple members from the fix team and the flex team trying to get the refund put back correctly onto the credit card, which is how I paid for it and I have still not had it resolved. This has been the worst experience trying to get this figured out. This has been going on over a month and has still not been resolved. I am very disappointed and just want the refund put back correctly. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to do.

Great Scrubs
The choices weren’t evident and it was difficult to maneuver the site. Your products are great but way too expensive. There aren’t any sales or coupons. I would like to buy my husband 5 more sets but can’t justify the price.

Poor quality
Poor quality - very thin fabric and the waistband won’t tighten! It is only anchored halfway around and elastic at the back - poor functionality.

QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN
Let me be clear, I have been a figs customer since 2018 and really only wear figs scrubs. Their scrubs have always been excellent, and only made better by figs customer service, shipping and return ease ect. However, this last batch of scrubs was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Started pilling even before the first wash, pilled and looked pretty bad after the first wash with other signs of lower quality. I love figs, but quality was not there with this batch!

I’ve been using FIGS scrubs for a while now, and they’ve honestly made a big difference during my shifts. The fabric is very soft, breathable, and has just the right amount of stretch, which makes it comfortable even during long hours.
I really like the fit—it looks professional but still feels like activewear. The pockets are well-designed and actually useful for carrying everything I need throughout the day.
After multiple washes, the color hasn’t faded and the material still feels high quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend FIGS to anyone looking for comfortable, durable, and stylish scrubs
