I had initially written a low star review after feeling like the customer service had diminished in the last year. After speaking to Daniel he investigated my query, kept me informed both by telephone and live chat and resolved my issues. Fantastic service and employee and kept a long term customer from going elsewhere.

I've been buying from Supergood for a few years now and yesterday had my very first issue. One of the liquids had exploded in the box and there was only a quarter of the liquid left.
I sent Supergood a message and they promptly responded with an apology and notified me they were sending a new one out.
THIS is how you give good customer service. If I wasn't loyal to the brand before, I definitely am now. Thank you, Supergood!

I won the whole range of Supergood Butter, lucky me, and omg they are so good, all desserts which is all I vape, they will last me a while, but would deffo buy again.

Tried 5 different flavours and they’re all a 9/10 and above. It’s not just range of flavours and how they manage to fuse different flavours together, this is met with excellent customer service. They’ve been my go to for the past month now and it’s not stopping there as I’ve got another bunch of flavours I want to try

Ordered the small mystery box and received it the next day as specified via a courier who arrived during the timeslot they stated. Liked the smiley face in the box. A small touch but was appreciated. The salts bought were of the same high standard as when I first tried them when I bought them via another site. The flavours are not just the same old fruity/tobacco combinations. They successfully create original flavours which are actually good and very smooth. As such, I intend to be a regular customer in future. The only downside is that I didn't receive the speedboat as the mystery prize. Maybe next time ... 😉
