If I could give this zero stars I would! Worst products I have ever used at home. The semi permanent dye remover was so strong that it turned my hair at the root orange almost before my eyes, even though I'd done a strand test. After rinsing I couldn't get a comb through my hair. I used the white toner drops on the next day and they did absolutely nothing to toner down my yellowy blond. The only thing these products did was cause damage. My hair feels like straw and all of its shine has gone. Wish I'd read the reviews rather than being enticed by the sleek 'salon approved' social media advertising.

My hair has started to grow back after chemo and I decided to try going mad. These drops are great! Just mix with conditioner and they really work. Delivered quickly and no problems at all. Can't understand the negative reviews.

Put the white toner on bleached hair and it turned grey.....not what I was expecting.....disappointed.

Waste of money, bought grey ones, left on for 25 minutes not 10 , no change to hair colour at all.

Avoid at all costs - turned hair green and zero customer service. Ditto to these other reviews. Used the copper drops and was happy enough with initial result but within two washes it had gone significantly khaki green in loads of places. Had to dye it a complete different colour to cover it. Tried customer service and got one response saying 'we can't guarantee the colour results, lots of factors may impact result blah blah...' then got ignored when I asked for a refund. I'll try to upload a photo but not sure if I can.

Wish I had of read the reviews before well I was brassy now I'm even more brassy it's horrible.

I had beautiful and healthy bleached hair and I fancied a temporary copper colour. 
This product has completely ruined my hair. I didn’t like the patched results so I started washing it, as the instructions says it would come out in few washes. I now have very dry and bright green hair.

Bought champagne drops to freshen up blonde followed instructions.. went warm redy/copper

Turned my beautiful blonde hair a green muddy brown. This was using the champagne toner and following instructions to the letter. I had to wash my hair numerous times with strong clarifying shampoo to get it out...and everyone knows how bad that is for bleached hair. I'm furious. Went straight in the bin. Do not recommend

I got the chocolate toner. It made my hair green!! Grass green!! Stay away from this. Huge mistake has been made and now it’ll cost me more as I need hair colour correction at my hairdresser!

I won’t say the Ash toner did nothing because it dried out my hair and I had so much breakage the first time I brushed after applying, my brush was full of hair. I tried it twice and the colour did not change but my hair is much drier and now I have broken hair that I have to wait months if not years for it to regrow. Do not use this product.

Does not work! Absolute waste of money. Doesn't matter whether it's the toner drops or the actual colour, does NOTHING to your hair. Customer service doesn't exist they just ignored my email. I will contact my bank and report them! They are selling snake oil and all the reviews and results are fake on their website as you can't actually leave a review there! Scam!!

I was nervous after reading reviews, but when my hair came out a bit too yellow at the salon, I used the Shrine Drop it Copper shade to get it more of the strawberry blonde I wanted. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS - it won't work as well with silicone based shampoos and conditioners. I used 10 drops in my conditioner, sectioned my hair out, put conditioner in and combed it through and left it for 10 mins. It gave it the warm red tones I'd been wanted. Great for a tenner

Completely ruined my hair !!! I used the colour remover to remove their toner that apparently used Plex technology. As a former hairdresser I can tell you there was no plex tech in this it completely dried my hair out to the point I could barely brush it. That’s just with one use, following the instructions and using lots of their Shrine conditioner!!! This product needs to come with a ‘Will destroy your hair’ warning !! I have had to spend £100 on hair repair products so far AVOID THESE PRODUCTS!! I have tried to leave a review on the product page on their website but conveniently there does not seem to be a ‘Review’ button ….

Had bought Shrine bleach and toning drops. Had used the ash and the bronde toners the ash made my hair streaked with purple. The bronde drops made it pink in some places and blue on other bits. Very bizarre. The wierd colours I could deal with but when I used the bleach and it totally destroyed my hair. I had thick long hair and I now have severe breakage leaving my hair only inches long in places..I kid you not, I have never seen anything like it avoid at all costs if you value your hair!

Used the shrine bleach kit followed all the instructions, I then used the shrine ash toner and it turned my hair Pinky peach colour ,I,ve used other bleach and toner products before and this has to be the worse also my hair felt so dry after , will never use again got to try and get this peachy pink colour out now

I wish I new about this page before I used the copper drops!!! My hair is bleached blonde and it looked like a washed out faded copper and i used about 25 drops, it was not vibrant at all! I have just washed it using a clarifying shampoo and it's now highlighted faded copper and green!! I am praying the green comes out the more I wash it as I paid 100s to get it a lovely blonde but fancied a non permanent change over the holidays!

Used the copper which has turned my hair green, like others. It looks awful. Awful product that shouldn’t be on the market 😕

Absolutely fantastic !!! I got white blonde,, cannot believe how good this toner is !!! Iam very fussy about my hair and tried loads of toners ,, I just want to say a huge thankyou to this company ! I’ll definitely put word out just how amazing this toner is !! THANKYOU

Awful products and even worse customer service

After doing a lot of research, I ordered a toner for my hair. It did the absolute opposite of what it should have. I contacted customer service who, when they finally replied, might as well hadn’t bothered. They were so disinterested and basically had an excuse for every point raised. Avoid. Don’t waste your money.
