Bad business practice
So far a very negative experience as a Canadian shopper. I waited for the black Friday pre-sale and it's the same price as the fall sale for Canadians. They said it's 200$ off but it's all lies. All they did was remove the original price and state that you're getting 200$ off. Just real scummy moves. If you email them all they say in response is that it costs more to ship to Canada. Ok.. so then you have a shipping cost to canada and increase the base price and lie about the discount. All in usd. If they were more upfront and not trying to scam their way into business in canada it would be good or, better yet, just increase the price of shipping and don't do false advertisements.
Product is good, Customer Service & Communication is bad.
I heard the hype, it is intrigued me and looked cozy. So, I ordered. Order went through it said shipping in 3-7 days. After 5 days, I had no shipping number and contacted customer service. Like others with bad customer service stories, Bryan responded as well. (Is Bryan the problem? Or is it just a name they assign?). Anyway, they didn’t have record of my order. I PDF’d my confirmation and sent it along. Bryan responded again, he checked with the warehouse and they had cancelled the order because they ran out of the color I ordered. Which, apparently, they weren’t going to communicate unless you contacted them? Would I accept another color? I said yes, please send. It arrived, I unpacked everything and noticed the Velcro strap that is supposed to come with it was missing. (The strap allows you to hold the Plufl closed when folded in half for moving or storage.). I did get two copies of instructions, though. So I emailed customer service again. Bryan, again, asked me to send a picture…..you know to prove I didn’t get the strap. Picture, with negative strap sent, said he checked with the warehouse and they didn’t have any straps. But I could go to Amazon and order one there and they would reimburse me. So they have a warehouse, with this item, which they are still selling. But have no straps?
The product they sell is comfortable and fulfills a niche, but their customer service and communication is just bad. I found nearly EVERYTHING frustrating and it just didn’t have to be so. Running a small business is hard, mistakes happen and are unavoidable. What makes it a successful business is fixing the mistakes and learning from them.

Never got my order
I paid for the Plufl on October 8. The website says orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Today is November 3 and I have not received my order. They have no customer service phone number. You have to email them and wait for a response. I've complained twice to them about not receiving my order. I got 2 emails telling me I would receive an email with shipping information, but so far I have received nothing. I am sorry I ever decided to do business with this company. I am wondering how hard it will be for me to get my money back.

Ok so I was a bit skeptical at first since I wasn't sure whether this bed would be worth $300+ but after using it for 4+ weeks I can now say confidently that it's totally worth it.
Firstly it's basically a full sized bed with a built in pillow bolster that's basically a actual pillow and body pillow all in one. Also the foam is super supportive, it honestly feels like I'm laying on a mattress. I was worried because I thought it might be like those cheap lumpy bean bags but it's not.
And the fur, I'm usually not a huge faux fur person but it's so incredibly soft and it's just short enough where it doesn't get hot. I can never stop stroking the fur since it's so soft.
Overall the product is really well made and well constructed, I've slept in this thing more than my bed now these past few weeks ...

Saw it on Shark Tank and I'm in love with it
I saw the Plufl Human Dog Bed on Shark Tank and was immediately intrigued. I had never seen anything like it before! I was amazed by the quality and comfort of the bed, and I knew I had to have one.
I purchased the Plufl a few months ago, and it has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It is the most comfortable place to relax, and I use it every day. My friends and family have all been asking where I got it, and I am happy to tell them!
The Plufl is made with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. It is also very easy to clean and maintain. I love that I can use it for everything from reading and watching TV to napping and sleeping.
I am so glad that I purchased the Plufl Human Dog Bed. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality place to rest and recharge.
Worst customer service ...
I put in an order over 2 weeks ago, and didn't get a tracking number as they promised on the site. I finally had to ask for one and they gave me one and it said the order was canceled so the tracking order wouldn't work. Imagine several different permutations of this exchange going on over 10 emails. Twice they told me I could have a different color than I wanted. They told me it would be just a few more days. Then they told me it would be 2 weeks as of today after going back and forth about what the issue was at the warehouse. They offered me a measly $25 off if I was to take color I didn't want and have it shipped out. None of it made any sense to me. After I canceled today and they said they were refunding my money, I get an alert tonight that they have just shipped out the item, which I did not want anymore because I went ahead and ordered a different human dog bed elsewhere. Nothing but headaches with this company.

100% scamming you
UPDATE: 11/25
So my bed never came…even after their “tracking” showed my order was out for delivery. I wish I could attach screenshots where the website says ships in 5 days but in the (very) fine print buried on a policy page it says they DO NOT HAVE ANY BEDS and won’t have stock until SPRING 2024. I asked repeatedly for them to update their website and use honest business practices rather than deceiving customer and using Shark Tank as their crutch to run a scam.
They also BLOCKED any attempt for me to provide an honest review on social media. After reading more reviews regarding orders placed in the last 30 days, it appears as if this “company” may be unraveling.
I’m not sure what kind of racket this company is running, but I placed an order on 10/6 for a product that showed in stock and ready to ship 5-7 days. I received no emails about shipping for a week, so I emailed customer service. Here’s the first response:

Thanks for checking in with us, so sorry for the delay! we just received stocks and we are working to ship out all orders but no worries, we have already shipped your order. We will be sending your tracking number soon!

I received a Plufl as a gift for my children. They love it ! It is very comfortable and they take turns sleeping in it. The Plulf is well made and it still in great shape after 4 months.

A Very Happy Threesome
Annabel and Zeus, the lovely pair of Maltipoo therapy dogs with whom I share a practice, and I are thoroughly enjoying our Plufi experience. We often spend a few nights a week in small bedroom in our office in town. We like our Plufi so much we bought a second one for our home in the country that we share with my husband and Elphaba, our all black German Shepherd. Annabel will likely determine who will have the privilege of snuggling into the Plufi at home. Best sleep ever!!!
Canadians BEWARE
I am from Canada, where apparently this was invented. Was going to order 1, had it in my cart. Then did more research. 1. My order summary says i am paying USD, even tho I had switched to CAD on the site. 2. The “30 day comfort guarantee” makes no sense, since return policy wants product in original packaging. You cant put toothpaste back in the tube.
Enquired with Customer service and they advised, “due to the cost of shipping, we don’t accept returns from Canada. They never did clarify what my credit card was actually going to be charged.
PREDATORY MARKETING: Since i put the product in my cart (never checked out), I have received at least 3 emails and text messages per day, urging me to check out.
Just based on this ridiculous harassment let alone the other issues, I would never deal with this company.

Love the product, well made, and so comfortable! The shipping time was great, but boxes arrived in very poor condition, not secured enough. Fortunately there was no damage to beds, would order again!!
Ugh No assembly guide - video link does not work
No assembly guide. Noah sent email with link to assembly video. Guess what? The video did not work. Only sound. 3 weeks later and it still doesn't work. They did mail the missing guide. Had time slot to assemble when received. Have been trying to fit it in ever since and tried the video link again today when I had a few minutes between care giving. Save your time and energy and get one of the great shaggy ones that dogs love from furhaven for a fifth of the price. They are huge, already assembled and dogs love them!

I am a 69 year old woman who lives alone, and even though I love the mattress, but putting the Pluff together is a bit much for just one person alone. My recommendation would be to put less stuffing in the sides and to put a zipper all the way around the bottom, so you don't have to try to stuff the mattress in.
Doesn’t quite hit the mark…
I wish I could do a five star review but the Plufl isn’t quite there yet.
The inserts were way too large-which of course I didn’t realize until I went through the tedious process of trying to make them fit. I had to remove stuffing to make it work. I would appreciate an extra bag of stuffing-which I now have, but for it not to fit right from the start is a hassle.
The mattress is also too big. My Plufl is literally about to burst at the seems. Imagine trying to stuff twenty pounds into a five pound container-that was my experience. And i’m not convinced the zipper won’t eventually break from the pressure of the too large mattress. Also, you better have the space because it doesn’t fold in half very easily- and even if it is folded it’s not compact. It’s also very heavy and hard to move around.
Once you manage to put it together it is comfortable. The material is nice and seems a higher quality, although I know this type of material doesn’t wash well so, I would advise being careful when you launder it.
