Our family movie nights just got a whole lot cozier thanks to the Plufl! It's the perfect cuddle puddle for all four of us – me, my husband, and our two small dogs. The plush inside is like sinking into a cloud, and the bolsters are great for back support during movie marathons. We love that the cover is washable – popcorn accidents happen! It's a little bulky, but we just found a spot in the living room that works. The dogs love burrowing in their own little nest, and my husband and I fight over who gets to be the big spoon! Overall, it's a great investment for family movie nights and relaxation time.

Every product I have received from Plufl is beyond fantastic and has exceeded all of my expectations. I have 2 hugls and 3 plufls! I understand shipping has been a worldwide issue the last few years, but I do believe plufl could work on keeping their customers updated when it comes to production/pre shipping progress the process before the product is picked up by the delivery company. However when i reach out to plufl the customer service team is very polite, responds quickly, and gives honest information. Overall I am so excited to be a plufl customer and I am so exited for all this company will do in the future!

Exceptional customer service and the most comfortable bed ever! It will make you want to sleep in it all the time. My dogs and I look forward to relaxing in our Plufl and watching TV. It's made with a super soft exterior and sturdy, yet comfy bolsters that provide head and neck support - all making it a total experience! It is the best addition to our TV room. We definitely intend to purchase another when we move to a bigger space.

I love my Plufl that my husband purchased for me a couple Christmas's ago. When hubby snores, I head downstairs and sleep in my Plufl. It is so comfortable for a side-sleeper like myself. Sometimes I wish it was a bit longer so I could sleep on my back occasionally without having to put my feet on top of the bottom bolster. I am 5'3". Some of the stitching of the bottom bolster has come apart where my feet tuck in, but Bryan at Plufl's cus. svc. emailed that they are aware of this problem and that they will be sending me another cover. SWEET!

Wow, what a great product and super easy company to work with in every facet! The bed was for my wife’s birthday but I get just as much use out of it. CAUTION: once you lay in Plufl you’ll find it almost impossible to get out due to the extreme comfort. I tried to warn my neighbors…they now own one as well (Hey where’s my referral fee? Kidding!). I’m not a frequent review writer but for a Plufl, heck yeah!

I love my Pluiff and sleep every night in it. It brings me closer to my 2 shih tzus cuddle pups. I have washed the cover 3 times now - thabruc is great and washes . The foam get a little east to put in each time. I have found that my rubberized gardening gloves make a high difference in pulling in the foam bolsters I don’t even sleep in the bed any and the foam density is extremely comfortable, I highly recommend the Plufi. There are no bed frames to bang into during the nights. I am sleeping better than ever. You have to give this a try- I have and I am not going back to stiff cold bed in a metal frames. Got one for me, three for my family. Got them for the kids, the adults steal them when they can. Lifesaver for parents when the kiddos are sick or cranky, or as portable extra sleep space

Fantastic experience with this seller and product- TWICE! I purchased the pillow with low expectations for my husband who loved a body pillow. Within days it became and essential he could not live without. He of course loved how comfy it was and how it helped him sleep but was most impressed with its cooling capabilities.

Within the month I had to order one for myself. This one shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape!

No issues or concerns with this product and I will likely buy more in the future for body pillow loving family members.

Returned my Plufl almost a month ago. Never received a confirmation that they received it. FedEx confirmed the return was delivered. Never received an email that my return was approved or rejected. This is all listed on their return policy. Still waiting for my refund and no live person to talk to. All back and forth emails. The last email told me that I received my refund - WHAT? Next step is a complaint to BBB and a claim with my credit card. Don’t do business with them

The pad has an odd smell and the smell seems to seep through the material.

Bought one in December and I still don’t have it as of February 12. And of course they charged my credit card immediately. No replies to the email “contact us”. Terrible scam. Next step is the BBB plus posting reviews on as many sites as I can to warn people.

Got this as a gift and did not know what to expect. I’m not a napper but found it to be very comfortable and relaxing to help me recharge. I found myself taking naps while watching my shows.

Purchased 2 beds for Christmas gifts. I live in Canada and relied on several pages on the Plufl website promising a 30 day no risk money back guarantee and listing the steps to take to request a return. There was no mention of Canadian purchases being excluded.
My price was listed in Canadian currency at the bottom of this page! When I requested a return for one (unopened box) I was told returns are not accepted from Canada, and sent a link to another webpage stating this. The original promises regarding returns are still on the site and prominent. This was very expensive and I would not have purchased, had the policy regarding Canadian customers been readily available on the Plufl site.

It’s impossible to get up out of my plufl, it’s so comfortable. It’s great for relaxing after a long day of work or lounging on the weekend. I’ve honestly slept more nights in the plufl than I’d like to admit…why walk 5 steps to my bed when it’s so comfy?

Ever since I saw the Plufl on Shark Tank I knew I HAD to order. It took me a while to convince my husband it was worth it but now it is my favorite product in the house and I have to fight HIM for a chance to use it. My kids are also obsessed - it truly is such a hit in our home! I remember seeing there were a few cheaper options out there but after seeing one at a friend's house I am so happy I got the original because it truly blows them away. It’s true what they say - you get what you pay for!
I also have to say that the Plufl customer service is some of the best I have experienced. I had an issue with my shipping and they were prompt and super nice about helping me to resolve it. Thank you so much to Plufl for making an amazing product that me and my whole family loves! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!
