Terrible, terrible,👎👎 experience!! The product itself is 5 stars ⭐️, however customer service and the company’s distribution is unlike any online business I have ever encountered. I ordered 3 items, only 1 came within the month of ordering. The last 2 orders took another 2 mos. to finally arrive. I went back/forth with customer service, they told me each time that it was going be shipped within 48 hrs, but it never was. Then finally their customer service was switched to AI that gave generic answers.
I will NEVER order from this company again!! 👎👎👎

Extremely poor customer service and I…

Extremely poor customer service and I wish that I’d read the reviews beforehand. So disappointed, I’ve been using them for a just over a year now but I’m done with them. I placed an order on the 20th Sep they said it was processed on the 23rd yet more than 10 days later nothing. I emailed them and received a very generic response no apology, but as I’ve been using them and really like their products I decided to give them more time. I then emailed the this week and received an AI response informing me that it would be passed on to the relevant people. It is now November 4th and still no product or refund. Plantmade you guys should be ashamed of yourself for such poor organisation it’s not like your products are cheap, I won’t be buying from you again.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. Please do not buy from here. I have not received my order at all not even a notification from Royal Mail and Celeste is trying to convince me that my order has been delivered when my order status still says on its way for over a month now. Please avoid ordering from here. They are stealing your money.

Products seriously damaged my hair.

Unfortunately, this product completely damaged my hair which led to me needing to cutting it all off. My hair began to break so bad that I was left with the middle section of my hair very short and patches of short hair and oncoming bald patches throughout my hair. My hair was extremely dry, no matter how much I tried to moisturise it, nothing helped. My scalp was very tender and constantly itchy.

I've sent several emails including photos of the damage and still awaiting a response to my most recent one. This is a serious matter, I've had to cut off all of my hair which was healthy prior to using the products.

I'd be very careful about using them.

I never received my order

I never received my order, and they do absolutely nothing to reimburse me even though I've asked several times.
I ordered in May, we're almost at the end of the year, still nothing, and the worst thing is that they contact me to say they're sorry but still no refund seen

I placed my order early September and…

I placed my order early September and had not received by first week in October! I reached out to the Customer service and was told about system's issue which had just been repaired by the 3rd week of September, I waited another 1 week and having heard nothing from them, I had to ask for a refund in October. It also took a few days to even get the refund processed. I am still waiting to get the credit. It has never happened before though, so I am wondering what is going on too!!!
