I must say they Brilliant products, very good sales marketing but I find the customer service communication a lot to be desired.

The two times I purchased the products several months apart, they were late but was immediately notified which was fine. In the notification I was promised a refund of delivery costs as well as a free gift products for the lateness which was a pleasant surprise.

However months on, the products arrived, but no refund and no gifts. Why make the promises if there's no intention to keep it? Comes across as disingenuous. Called, texted, emailed to get this rectified but to no avail. Very disappointing.

Hate to do this as I want to support the company, but very unhappy.

Fantastic product that shipped in a very timely fashion. Customer support was quick in responding to a missing item as well. Could not be happier with the core set so far.

Wow I truly hate to give this company a one star review but I have to be honest. First the arrival time is crazy long. It took so long to receive the merchandise. Then when I did receive the box it was packed so poorly that some of the bottles had broken during shipping (extremely poor packaging for glass items) which messed up the other items in the box!! In checking some items ordered were not included in the box!! After contacting the company I was promised a replacement order which I still have not received!!!!! I spent over $400.00 on items I have not received!!! I think I will have to contact my credit card provider to dispute this charge. I really hate to do this but this company is leaving me no choice. I would not recommend doing business with this company just because of this. I can’t comment on the merchandise because I was unable to use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It had been 3 weeks and all of the products are great and my hair definitely agrees with the ingredients. Looking forward to seeing the long term results. I rated my experience 4 out of 5 based on the processing time. I would recommend some improvement on processing delays for United States shipments. It took 9 days from the day order was placed before processing. However, I am happy someone was able to address my issue within 1 day after reaching out online.

Regrettably, the product's efficacy does not justify its cost. While it lathers effectively, its longevity is inadequate as it disintegrates within a few days. Considering its relatively high price, the product's overall value is not commensurate with its performance.

Products arrived as expected. Delivery times however can be improved.

Fast delivery and really responsive team whenever there is a problem.
Love the products and I always get complimented about how lovely I smell whenever I use the Drizzle in my hair.

Ive been using plant made for a couple of years now, I use inches rain and dew.

I suffer from alopecia and this product has really helped. No more nasty injections

Highly recommend, it does seem like an expensive buy but the products are quality and they last, my shampoo and conditioner lasts approx 2-3 months and the oil approx 6 weeks!!

Right I had to wait to give an honest review. I started using plantmade 29/11/23.I had covid and my hair started falling out, I then began having trouble retaining volume. Upon speaking to my friend she recommended plantmade. Products used are rain, dew, inches pro, and drizzle.
Let me tell you I wasn’t a believer but I am now. I have a strict hair routine and the volume is now reappearing.
I would definitely recommend using the products I use, be patient that is the key. You have to wait 3-6 months to see results.
I was using soil but I don’t find that it helps because it drys my hair out. But everyone’s hair is different.

V POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Takes over a week to reply to emails. Most products are not in stock and take 2-3 weeks to ship out

Less hair lost since I have been using some of these products and my hair have grown over the 5 months. It is also softerand stronger( dew, rain, inches and soil) recently added drizzle just to use instead of mouse or water not to sure of the benefits but it smell good, only thing is it finishes quite quickly and the replacement is a little out of my price range at the moment

I’ve been using this brand for nearly 2 years and have found the customer service to be great. I recently experienced a delay with my last order and the way the team handled this and sent me a gift for the delay, is a great example of why I will continue to support this brand and Ama. Keep going from strength to strength despite the hurdles chucked your way!

Poor delivery time and communication. I placed an order on the 28th of June and only received my order on the 24th of July. Practically a whole month after purchase and it was needed as a birthday present.
There was no communication letting me know my shipment will be sent out this late.
