My order was processed quickly and delivered within the time specified. The product, for the price, looks good. I haven't used them yet so cannot comment on that.

Great, simple to order and you sent by Royal Mail. Well packaged it arrived in timely fashion. The lovely looking scissors as promised are nicely designed and sharp. Appreciated are the removable rubber rings on the inside of the handles offering choice for extra finger room for either or both fingers. The aim, I love my haircut.

I ordered a shaving set for my sons birthday. It arrived in a box with another manufacturer name on and also with the wrong shaving stick. I complained that this was not as described in the picture online but despite numerous promises from them to rectify this they have done nothing.

Prompt, no fuss delivery.

Arrived on time, used the shaving brush and I can't fault it, good product. Only time will tell.

Product was nothing like it appears in the ad. Cheap design flimsy instructions useless overall waste of money. Don't buy this piece of shit!!

Quickly to post, but an item arrived broken. Emailed and had a response that they'd send a new one, which I'm still waiting for. But I wonder if they actually read the email as they didn't answer a question.

I would have purchased more from them had they answered properly as they could have added the item in with the package.

It’s a gift, it arrived yesterday to be given next week. It was delivered to the recipient so I haven’t actually seen it so it’s impossible to review fairly at this moment. However, the delivery by Evri, although they sent me a tracker said they would contact me about when it would be delivered, they did not. I updated the tracker each day and it just jumped to delivered, fortunately it went through the letterbox!

Ordered scissors and beard oil. £9 beard oil not included in package. No response to multiple emails contact numbers unrecognised or unanswered. Never using again. So disappointed and also out of pocket....AVOID.

Delivery time. I paid for next day delivery and got my item 9 days later

Very speedy delivery of an excellent product.

It was very disappointing that when this gift was opened on Christmas day it was to see that the shaving soap was not round as shown on the website but was a long block which does not fit nicely into the soap dish, spoiling the expected experience

I ordered this December 5 and the tracking number never showed any progress. I tried emailing a few times, I tried the online WhatsApp channel and no one ever responds to help find out what happened to my order. This was expensive and meant as a gift.

Well packaged although a bit damaged but main item was in solid box thank goodness. Xmas gift so haven’t seen it yet but fingers crossed it’s superb, I do
have positive purchase.
